I was getting my chicken nuggets and fries, very hungry remind you. To my horror (and as a fellow big back myself) there was NO frys and instead of 12 nuggets they only gave me 5 or 6 😡

Was going to go into dining room at 8:25 p.m and it was locked, crew motioned to go through drive thru. My vehicle at the time will NOT fit in drive thru so, I went to McDonald's where the atmosphere, attitude and service is better.

ordered the boo-ndle. they were out of the mozzarella sticks but still allowed us to place an order, didn’t provide the sauce for the nuggets or the mini cinis. extremely disappointed

Consistently the Slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Literally spend 30 minutes in drive through no matter what time of day it is. I have no idea how it's managed to stay open this long.

Waited 25 minutes for an order, got up to the window and the girl gave me the wrong order, had to go back around and went up to the mic to explain I got the wrong order, with a very nasty attitude she told me to “ pull around ” like it was my fault?? The girl at the window handed me the food and just looked at me, didn’t apologize or say anything, very rude 🤷

2nd time I stood there for 10 minutes the workers right in front of me, never paid attention to take my order. A lady from the drive thru came in because they forgot something in her order and they ignored us and went straight to her. Then sat for another 5 minutes after that before we FINALLY got helped. Would not recommend this place to anyone until they make some major changes. I would understand if they were very busy, but there was literally 4 other people in that restaurant who already had there food so that's not an excuse

I placed my order at the drive-thru and began approaching the window, but the cashier signaled for me to stop and not pull up. I waited there, away from the window, for over 10 minutes. During that time, several cars placed orders behind me and began lining up. Some of the other drivers grew visibly frustrated, gesturing at me to move forward, unaware that I had been instructed to stop.
When I was finally told to pull up to the window, I asked the cashier why I was made to wait. She explained that her manager asked her to do so in order to ensure my food was fresh. While I appreciate the effort to provide fresh food, this approach created confusion and frustration among other customers in the drive-thru. Not having a car at the window gives the impression that the line isn’t moving, which leads to unnecessary tension. This process may need to be reconsidered for smoother service and better customer experience.

Another place that takes your order and money. Then puts what they want to give you in the bag. If they weren't so worried about beating the clock they may could take care of customers. It's a gamble everytime 🤪

The food was great, but we got there right as the inside closed. We went to the drive thru, and it took about 10 minutes before someone took our order. The line was very long. Staff was friendly.
