We pulled up to the restaurant at 10:00. Doors were locked. Went to the drive-thru. Asked them if they can open up so we can use their restroom. The lady was rude and said no. When we got up to the front we asked them why they were closed. She ignored us. Literally just looked at us like we were stupid. She was rude and disrespectful. If I could do less than one star I would. We'll never go back to this Burger King again

Got a craving and stopped here on the way home, only three cars in the drivethru. It legit took 20 minutes to get $4 worth of food and by then the fries were cold and soggy. Luckily I'll never be motivated to stop here again

I went to try the Addams family meal. I orders a Wednesday burger, Gomez churro fries, and a morticia shake. I was told the ice cream machine broken and couldnât get one. I then pulled up to the first window which has a sticker saying âplease pull forwardâ I did so, just to be told I had to BACK UP in the line and sit there until they were done with my food. There was a whole line behind me waiting because they were only taking and making one order at a time. Only one person was actually working, the other was sitting on their phone. Once I got my food and went home, I noticed I didnât get my churro fries, and was charged for some type of sauce that obviously wasnât on the burger along with cheese. I reached out as my food was repulsive and ended up throwing all my food + my childâs kids meal because I didnât want to get sick. I was told that itâs up to this location to reach out with a decision. I have waited two weeks with no contact at all. I will never be back. What a waste of money.
Terrible service! Came tonight, and went through drive and girl said "how can I help you, please wait" after 5 mins waiting we said "hello" she said how can I help you and we told her now can we order and she said " I said how can I help you" so we pulled up & she was just standing on texting her phone and kept us waiting until we asked of we could order.

We never ate spent 20 mins waiting in line . One cashier taking orders and passing out food . She took a order then stood next to the fries and waited on them to fix it instead of. He c king out customer. Then I'm standing there for one of those new spicy burgers they have the signs up , but I'm sorry we don't do those anymore. Horrible location ?
