I placed my order at the drive-thru and began approaching the window, but the cashier signaled for me to stop and not pull up. I waited there, away from the window, for over 10 minutes. During that time, several cars placed orders behind me and began lining up. Some of the other drivers grew visibly frustrated, gesturing at me to move forward, unaware that I had been instructed to stop.
When I was finally told to pull up to the window, I asked the cashier why I was made to wait. She explained that her manager asked her to do so in order to ensure my food was fresh. While I appreciate the effort to provide fresh food, this approach created confusion and frustration among other customers in the drive-thru. Not having a car at the window gives the impression that the line isn’t moving, which leads to unnecessary tension. This process may need to be reconsidered for smoother service and better customer experience.

We pulled up to the restaurant at 10:00. Doors were locked. Went to the drive-thru. Asked them if they can open up so we can use their restroom. The lady was rude and said no. When we got up to the front we asked them why they were closed. She ignored us. Literally just looked at us like we were stupid. She was rude and disrespectful. If I could do less than one star I would. We'll never go back to this Burger King again
