I was getting a 8 pc family then the woman asked if I wanted to do a 10 PC family meal cause she said it was cheaper. I said yes. I get my order and get home. I dont have but the chicken and 1 side You get 2 side and 5 biscuits with the 10 PC family meal. Im short a side and absolutely no biscuits. So I call them and they had nobody there when I was there 2 minutes ago. They dont answer so I call bk and let it ring. And finally they answer and I told them I just left and she told me the lady didn't ring me up for the family meal only thechicken and side and my tea. So long story short I told her I was coming back to get the biscuits and she said ok. I am only 2 minutes up the street I get there and the doors are locked at 7:40 pm.... They aren't taking orders at window I guess there drive thru has been down for a week you have to go inside. Anyway she said come on and I said im on my way. Nobody was in the kitchen and when they thought I drove off I got bk out and they were all in the kitchen so I knocked on the door they paid me no attention. Well I hate to say it but I wont be bk I will make my own coleslaw for now on. Also. Yes when I normally go during the day they say they have no chicken also only 1 side or sometimes they will say 20 mins on chicken. Yall are a chicken place. Do yalls job or get the heck out.

Food is decent but I would avoid at all costs. The inside is never open, which forces you to use the drive thru. They always tell you no chicken is ready and your order will take 30 minutes. I did a mobile order 1 hour ago and I'm still sitting here now waiting for it.

Worst Church's Chicken establishment EVER!!!!!! Employees are rude .... there's ALWAYS a wait for Chicken, of all things .... doors are locked all throughout the day for no reason ( dinein is a joke) ... no one answers the phone if you need to call about your order. I don't know who owns this franchise, but it's very obvious they do not take pride in this establishment or about good experiences from customer service. My advice.... save yourself the headache and go spend your money elsewhere 💯
