This is one of my favorite places to go, great food and great service every time my family and I come here.

I would not recommend this place if you are trying to stay safe from COVID-19. The servers wore their masks sometimes, but mostly below their noses and around their necks. The tables were close together and full and the food was marginal.

We were seated immediately, our waitress was an absolute professional. Our meal was excellent, and ours drinks were very good. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very comfortable and relaxing. The is a must if you are in town for a visit.

I am so upset. Traveling very far to Natchez for Garden Tour. Cotton Alley was tops on our list to enjoy and dine at. Upon entering the establishment the host was partially masked. We were sat within two feet of another table when there were many empty spots to seat us socially distantly safely. The bartender wore a mask under his chin. The waiter pulled his mask down to speak to the table next to us. We left. This is unacceptable in this day and age of covid.

This is a definite must if you visit Natchez! Owners and staff are so friendly! They have lunch specials during the week that are A+. If you go for dinner try the boom boom shrimp and the pork belly!!! The steaks are perfection. You really can't miss with Cotton Alley!!!

Recommended by one of the local shop owners. We had a BLT & chicken salad both were good. But OMG get the orange cake!!!! delish! Great service too!

The food was Delicious! The servers and staff were very friendly! Made my family feel very comfortable and at home. Our server April was outstanding! Will definitely be goin back!!

Imagine thinking you were going to enjoy a nice birthday dinner only to be met with cursing, yelling, and threats. Please do not go to Cotton Alley Cafe - Main Street. We made it to the restaurant at 7:15 pm, & did not get our food til 8:45 pm. When the food came, it wasn't what we ordered, and were missing items. I thought that the manager would correct the situation, but clearly their management skills are as poor as the service skills. & to make matters worse, the OWNER started yelling over the bannister (wouldn't even come downstairs to talk to us like decent human beings), saying we were "bitching" and "wouldn't shut the f*** up about our food". He then proceeded to accuse us of wanting to walk out on the ticket, even though we were all still sitting. I guess a group of dissatisfied black women equals "dine and dash" in his mind. The manager told us that the servers have "had a long week" , as if that was an excuse for the disrespect and degradation. After MORE cursing and threats being spewed at us, they called the police. So in short, please spend your money elsewhere. These people do not respect their customers.

My friends and I were cursed and threatened. Here are screenshots, the video can be found on Facebook. All of this happened because they continuously messed up our food and became frustrated that we wanted them to correct their mistakes.

We order the chicken salad sandwich and salmon salad to take home for dinner. The salmon salad was delicious but the chicken salad was lacking flavor. I will try sometimes different next time.

Going on vacation and being able to have cheat days with food is great, but finding this lil place with an amazing dessert selection is even better! The service was immediate once you walked through the door. Sat down and chatted with staff like we were reoccurring local customers. Love that feeling. Again, we went over board on sugar choices, but worth every savory bite!
