It’s so colorful here I’ve been going since I was a kid I love it here my bf took me here today for velentines and I couldn’t ask for better food or service

Disgusting food. Taco Bell is better if that tells you anything. We ordered 1 beef taco plate and one nachos to go, they charged us for two taco plates and wouldn’t refund the second when we showed up to pick up our food, so we had to take it. On top of that, they didn’t give us the sides. The tacos were old and so soggy like they had been put together the day before and reheated, and ground meat wasn’t cooked all the way. The nachos were gross, not even the salsa was good. Everything about the experience was bad and we threw most of it away. I’m just hoping not to get food poisoning at this point.

I had such a wonderful experience at El Potro! The decorations immediately caught my eye and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers a great variety, and the portions are generous while still being very fairly priced.
On a cold day, I didn’t want any cold drinks, and the staff went out of their way to warm up some tea for me—such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly cared for. Everyone was incredibly friendly, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable.
If you’re looking for delicious food, a cozy environment, and outstanding service, El Potro is definitely worth visiting

Had a take out order and when we picked it up and returned home , we had extras ..... there was long black hairs ( 3 to be exact ) around the lid and down in the food. I returned the 2 meals and was given a refund. Service is no where near what it was with the original owner.

My food was under cooked only seen the server 4 times in 1 hours and had to get my own silverware and Togo plate the waited 10 minutes to get checked out over all it sucked.
