The last several times I have ordered from the fish house, the fries were so greasy I couldn't eat them ! Went back in and told the manager and she took them to the back to get more, comes back around with them telling me that these just came up. Well they didn't because if they were they would have been hot but they weren't. I think she just made me think that they were. These were the same fries that I ordered. She was kinda rude about it also. I didn't notice this until I had already left. I should have looked at them when she brought them back to me don't know why I didn't but I was in a hurry. These fries were like they just dumped the on the plate straight from the grease ! It was horrible !! I have. Complained several times before but it does no good. I won't be going back !

When someone asks for a cheeseburger with only barbecue sauce on it, the last thing you want to see are pickles and mayonnaise. My burger is completely inedible and now I am an hour away and can't turn around. I should have checked the food for accuracy beforehand but it took 20 minutes to get.

I just Love the Fish House. I have been eating there since a small child. The fish is fried perfectly and the tartar sauce is the best. Only thing I would say bad if you can get extra fish for the price.

Won’t be back. Lady at window is beyond rude. Came early at 10:00 the door was still locked. No problem waited. Lady at window said it would take awhile. (No problem waited. I was only customer but didn’t mind waiting. After 25 minutes of waiting asked for tartar sauce. Stated .75 Asked if I could have because of excessive wait. Said no. With the 4% up charge for using debit card just skipped it. She slammed the window closed.
Food was not worth waiting for and only worsened by bad customer service
