Frankie’s on main is absolutely fantastic ! The whole place is an experience , the food and service were outstanding and the pianist is the best I’ve ever heard . We appreciate Frankie making sure we loved it ! Def top 10 in our area !

I’ve been to Frankie’s for lunch and dinner, several times. My go to is the smash burger for $20.00. Cooked very well and I love the crispy thin fries. The cocktails are always good and the service is good.
You can sit in the lounge for lunch or dinner and there is so much to look at. Beautifully decorated, very eclectic. You will not be disappointed

12/6/2024…Terrible….i repeat terrible bar service tonight. The bartender never checked on us in over an hour of us sitting at the bar. I had to stop someone else to take our initial order. There was an older gentleman, seemed to be a local by us, that tried to get a drink for over an hour and she never served him. She told him to “hold on.” We ended up leaving before we could even eat, due to the poor service! Biscuit and Blues was our second choice and did not disappoint!!!! Respect goes a LONG way in this industry. If you can’t treat customers with respect you need to find another way to make money.

Ordered smash burger with garlic fries and a water. Just in for a quick bite. I will admit as an ex GM of 12+ years, I have higher standards. I did not complain to MGMT, as it only affected her tip. Four strikes total. Ran out of water twice, never offered to leave bottle of water. 2.5 min & 3.1 min wait for refill. Never left napkins or silverware, had to go retrieve myself. Burger is great, but messy, And I had a beard to keep clean. Ran out of ketchup bc they bring a small souffle cup that was 1/3-1/2 full. Wait was 2.75 min. Tip went from standard 30% to 10%.

Beautiful place! Loved the decor and especially the Duck Bites. Service was a little disjointed, but we were there on a busy afternoon. Would definitely go back! Natchez is so much fun, and they love tourists!

This place is in an old bank building with much of the original bank hardware (e.g. teller cages) still intact. Service seemed a little chaotic. Food was really good. The menu had a lot of diverse items. My gf and I split an order of caprese skewers that were excellent. She had grilled redfish with crab meat, that was as good as any served in our home town of New Orleans. I had a simple smash burger, cooked well done, that was not a dried-out lump of beef, but surprisingly tender. And the French fries were actually crunchy. We really liked this restaurant.

Booked a table on Open Table, all confirmed, we changed our hotel to stay local to try this restaurant that had been highly recommended. Arrived promptly at 1930hrs… it was closed. Exceptionally poor service and a complete waste of our time. VERY disappointing.

The restaurant closed and did not inform customers. We arrived just before 1930hrs looking forward to a lovely evening to be very disappointed considering we had changed our hotel reservations to stay in central Natchez to eat at this restaurant. Exceptionally poor customer service.
Such a great experience. Very nice. The lamb was so delicious and the potatoes were a perfect complement.
