I was told the lady at the register be over charging for your orders . I got 4 meals . That's 9.50 a piece. Tell me why this lady charge me 53.00 bucks. That's 13.00 dollars more . People pay attention to ya recipes.

Let me say this place is cut short and given way too many bad reviews and marks. We gave them a try tonight on pick up service. Called in order from Jeff Davis Blvd….order taken quickly, promptly, and called back correctly. Amt due given over phone. Immediately drove across town where order was already ready. Folks were friendly and I picked up by last four digits of my phone number. Establishment was clean and neat from pick up observation. Knew several people in there also patronizing business and were regular customers.
Came home with correct order! 45 min drive home and our dinners were still hot. Everything ordered was very good and enjoyable. We will become regular customers and I do recommend!!! Natchez DOES have a local Chinese restaurant! It just may not be as fancy as you want or what you THiNK it should be but the food and service is great!!!!

The service is very poor. They do not attempt to satisfy the customer in a fair manner. Do you want green onion? That’s an extra dollar. Egg in your rice-extra$1. It is ridiculous. I hate that we don’t have choices of restaurants in Natchez. I would go there because I truly wanted Chinese food. I would walk past the nasty floor, the loitering people, the filthy parking lot and disgusting littered sidewalk and dirt filled windows. I’m the fool. I had to have been truly desperate. I’m not angry with them, I’m angry with me!

I’ve always had great food and dealt with nice folx every time I’ve ordered from/eaten here. Quick, cheap, good. Love their hot and sour soup, especially when I’m sick. I’m not saying other people haven’t experienced issues, but I haven’t. They’ve even accommodated me when I’ve been slow or made a mistake in my ordering, and even clearly busy and run off of their feet the people working there have been kind and cracked jokes and been gracious. I match energy all day with folx and I’ve never had a bad time here.

The owner is EXTREMELY RUDE. I RETURNED MY RICE BC IT TASTED BURNT and she lied and said she had them fix new rice when it appeared they only mixed new rice with the old rice. I called and she started yelling at me that I looked at it then she said if I ddnt like it go to another restaurant and HUNG YHE PHONE UP IN MY FACE. EXTREMELY RUDE!!
