The worst service I've ever received at a KFC in the entire United States. For someone who travels as much as I do, it's a nightmare to understand English as spoken by these people, and instead of making it a more pleasant experience, they intentionally speak as if they have a sock in their mouth, and as if that wasn't enough, they have an attitude that makes you want to leave them talking to themselves.

Service is Absolutely horrible! I contacted corporate and was given ALL MY MONEY BACK in coupons. I received wrong order, retuned the entire order, but stupid manager shorted me over 4.00 on my refund. I told corporate she needs to be Fired! Customer service is beyond lazy! See why they don't get business. Shut them down!!!!

The parking lot and landscape looks like they are closed, maybe they should be. Drive thru speaker is so distorted you can't hear them and they can't hear you. No receipt, no straw, no sauce..requested it, fries instead of mashed potatoes & coleslaw.

First off, the called to tell me they were out of dark meat, and asked to swap for white(ok fine). However, I ordered the fill ups box that is supposed to have fries… there is no fries in that box. Also ordered a side of gravy, and received 2 cold single serving size mashed potatos and gravy. Never again will I order from this location. I’ll go to Ferriday where at least it’s good!

Just needs to close their doors! Make a complaint and corporate has yet to call me back. I visited the store again and asked for fresh food and they gave me the worst of the worst!! Then you call and they never answer. Did I mention there were no cars in the drive through for them to move slowly having you think you are getting fresh food!
