I ordered $63 worth of food from this place for the first time and I will never ever order from this place again. My food was very bland and all the shrimp I ordered with my food was so overcooked...it was tough and rubbery. Were the shrimp imitation or what? Very disgusting and remember everything that looks good on a website or picture is not always good. My family and I couldn't eat the tough rubbery shrimp and bland food and had to throw everything away. What a waste of money! I called the restaurant to let them know, but the man on the other end kept saying he couldn't hear me and sounded very rude in the process. I'm sure he would've heard me if I were to place an order. The reviews for this restaurant are fake and most likely tied to another restaurant in another location. I live in Texas and the Japanese food up there, including their shrimp, are very good and well seasoned. Y'all may wanna learn from them or find a chef that actually knows how to cook or better yet bring in Chef Ramsey to help clean up y'all's mess! Terrible food and poor customer service! Make this right, please!
