staff would rather sit in a car in the lot and get high than be inside taking orders and making food. if it's something they don't want to make, then all of a sudden the system is down and they can't take your order anymore. but can take the order of the people behind you. not to mention all the cussing and screaming
good clean bathroom. normal McDonald's food. slightly slow service.
