I had the most disgusting experience at this McDonald’s. I was in the drive thru and 2 cars had pulled up to wait for orders. I watched both cars unwrap food (touching it) and give it back to the employee. I was handed my order and was told it was wrong and to check what was in the bag. I had to pick up the fries (touching them) to see that what was under them was not mu order. No employees were wearing gloves and food had been touched by other customers. They were going to rebar it and give it to us. I refused and requested a refund. When I did the employee immediately got and attitude and when I explained why I was told “I needed to mind my own damn business “. I asked for the manager them was verbally threatened by the employee. The manager did ask him to step away but he reached in his pocket like he was going to come for me. You don’t act like this in front of families and children. Totally unacceptable. I will report this location for health violations as passing food around that way is going to make someone sick. And the attitude of the employee and manager were disturbing. I have left a message at the Corporate Office as well. I would stay as far away from this location as possible!

Manager Edna is rude and has a nasty attitude towards customers and her employees. She gave a careless filthy attitude towards my partner when I called her out for mis gendering her. She throws the food on the counter. While standing and waiting for my food I see in the back as she mistreats her employees. She needs to be fired.. it’s ridiculous and makes zero sense.

I went today to this McDonald's for the TMNT Hello Kitty Toys for my three kids and got the basketball stuff instead. I was very disappointed with that. I should have called or driven back, but overly tired kids that were hungry for their food.

Employees need to be band from having their phones when they are working. This society and them playing on their phones while at work is constantly causing us to have to go back and have the order corrected. This shouldn’t be a thing. Please get the phones out of their hands while they are working. If there’s no costumers then there’s always something to clean. Get it together.

Made it three big breakfasts with hotcakes in three separate bags. Food was good. Service was descending yet the work atmosphere appeared to be a bit chaotic. I had to remind the server several times about What I had ordered. A bit of a wait time as well due to the disarray with employees.
