Entered my order into the kiosk because nobody would wait on me, and my order number never appeared on their preparing/serving screen and after about 10 minutes still not a single McDonald's employee had spoken to me. I'll try the other natchez location before writing McDonald's off forever, because this type of service has been the norm nationwide since the introduction of the serve yourself kiosks.

I try not to make these types of types of reviews but this one is mind boggling. I ordered a sausage, eggs, and cheese mcgriddle. Since when did it sautéed onion begin yo come on it. I don't even like onions, but for it to be cooked and added it to a sandwich that doesn't come with nor did I order it is unacceptable. Check yall food.
