I went today to this McDonald's for the TMNT Hello Kitty Toys for my three kids and got the basketball stuff instead. I was very disappointed with that. I should have called or driven back, but overly tired kids that were hungry for their food.

Employees need to be band from having their phones when they are working. This society and them playing on their phones while at work is constantly causing us to have to go back and have the order corrected. This shouldn’t be a thing. Please get the phones out of their hands while they are working. If there’s no costumers then there’s always something to clean. Get it together.

Food is decent but double check everything cause they leave stuff out and get stuff wrong alot then when you say something your likely to get attitude from the staff

I tried to help the employee by telling her the kiosk receipt paper was out, she did not acknowledge my existence in any way. Then later she told me she couldn't make my coffee. The fish sandwich is absolutely tiny but tasted OK.

Pitiful service. Took over 30 minutes from ordering to receive drinks and food. The people standing in front of you should matter just as much as the ones going through the drive thru. Food was hot when received but shouldn’t have to wait that long for 3 meals.

Made it three big breakfasts with hotcakes in three separate bags. Food was good. Service was descending yet the work atmosphere appeared to be a bit chaotic. I had to remind the server several times about What I had ordered. A bit of a wait time as well due to the disarray with employees.
They’re unprofessional, sloppy and will not give you your correct order, mess up your food and not tell you. The managers are rude. If you ask for condiments they act like they’re buying them out of pocket. I’m done with all McDonald’s.
