The food was alright, we came inside and ate, but the service was very slow and we didn't get our cups, and waited for like 10-15 minutes until we asked for them

Slow as usual.i didn’t receive any sauce with my nuggets and the manager act like he didn’t want to give me my fourth order of fries.i ordered four combos and he said it only shows 3 fries so i guess one combo just didn’t have fries.like really dude

The worse experience ever! This business has stole from me not once but twice. Out of items in my order and refused to refund me told to go on the app for a refund and the app says only the manager at the store can refund.

Drive thru people didn't know order numbers on their menu. Had to wait 20 minutes for a happy meal, 2 snack wraps and a filet of fish, the fries were cold and no salt, my order was wrong, got the happy meal wrong and they didn't give straws. Smh

Ya failed McDonald’s. We were heading back out of town for a visit and stopped by the Morgantown McDonald’s and ordered 4 burgers and drinks. Every single burger was wrong and two of the hamburgers had patties that were torn in half and half the bun didn’t have meat. Also got no straws with our drinks so I had to walk back in there to get them myself. What’s the point in y’all having an app if you have to get out of the truck and go inside anyway? Stop being lazy! If you think I I’m being mean, get your feelings off of your shoulders because if I was a car salesman and you bought and paid for a red car there is no way in hell you’d accept a blue one. That’s not what you paid for is it? Do better…;)

Slowest service ever. Came for two lattes and have been here 20 minutes... Wasn't greeted or even acknowledged when we were at the counter. Although all of the employees looked directly at us, in the meantime over 20 cars have went through the drive through....,. I guess lobby customers don't matter

Went to the drive thru on my lunch break. The price was ridiculous because they don't have the double cheeseburger in a meal anymore, so everything had to rung up separately which made my order come out to be $12.00. I had to pull up and wait on my food, and I had to go inside because my sweet tea was not sweet and when I got my food the fries was not hot and the patties on the burger did not look fresh.

We went last night and asked for no salt. Ordered a 2 #1-Big Mac Deal.Recieved 14 packs of ketchup in our bag. Why! We didn't ask for ketchup or even eat it. One of the fries definitely had salt. Probably scooped from the bottom of the barrel ( threw those away). Called and phone just rang. You g lady gave me 2 soda's even though, she saw I was the only one in. the car. I had to ask her for a cup holder. They make $20 an hour and common sense doesn't come with the pay? Wow!
Always fast service. Rarely mess up an order. Friendly.
