Perfectly situated on historic Franklin Street only a few blocks from the bluffs and Mississippi. The service was above and beyond what I expected. Each room has a different theme, I will be back to check out the others. As well as the soon to open restaurant.

This was my first time staying at a Bed & Breakfast so I did not know what to expect. But, what I received from the Natchez Manor team was good old southern hospitality, stellar service, delicious food and a comfortable room. Thank you for a wonderful stay.Nearby activities: The location was nearby to nice restaurants, shops, the River and casino. Street parking was readily available and convenient.

My room was the Franklin suite. It was clean. I didn't see any bugs. I slept well in the bed. The shower had excellent water pressure. The service was awesome. The workers were very nice and friendly. It was a home away from home. I did wish the toilet was taller. I had a wonderful 2 nights stay.Nearby activities: We were able to walk to our restaurants and other place of interests.

Talking about some good old Southern hospitality---that's what I received from the Natchez Manor. Ms. Rose treated me like I was one of her favorite relatives that came to visit. It was my first time staying there but it most definitely will not be my last. I will be back. I have even added the phone number to my contact list for easy access. Thank you Natchez Manor for a wonderful weekend.

What a wonderful hidden gem in cute downtown Natchez, MS. It's within walking distance of several historical sites, shops, restaurants, and bars. Girlfriends and I were looking for a place for a short trip and found this B&B. Ms. Rose and Miss Kiana were very professional in welcoming us to the property while making us feel like family as well. We stayed in the Lincoln Suite-highly recommend. The area was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Of course, what would a B&B be without some delicious breakfast offerings. Ms. Mary - the sweet lady in charge of breakfast made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. Natchez Manor seems to be a great choice for a retreat whether solo-with friends or with your special someone.I will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Natchez Manor. Ms. Rose met us early to check in and was such a Sweet/Kind lady. She made us feel at home from the get-go. Great location for everything. We parked our car and walked throughout the city. Ms. Mary cooked our breakfast each morning and was such a pleasure to talk to as well. She does a great job cooking. Thanks to each one of you for making this a great experience for my wife and I.

Perfect location, easy booking, and great staff are just a few of the perks of the Natchez Manor! We went to get away and relax, and this place definitely made that happen. It is walking distance to several great spots although you don’t need to go far because the roof top bar is a perfect place to hang out. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. This is a place we will definitely visit again!

Room was very reasonably priced. Ms. Rose was the best. She took care of all of our needs, very accommodating and friendly. Price included a great breakfast. Located in the middle of downtown but was quiet.

It's the hospitality for me and the level of professionalism of management and staff. Ms. Rose and Mr Justin, are very accommodating and makes you feel right at home. I feel in love with this Bed and Breakfast when I first visited in August 2022. I was able to complete my first manuscript and start on my second. Now I will be returning soon for much needed R&R!

Our first time to Hot Air Balloon Festival. We had a delightful weekend stay at Natchez Manor. Rose was as sweet and hospitable as they come. She made us feel at home and was a joy to be around. The Queen of Sheba room was comfortable and the bed was great. The breakfast in the morning was yummy and filling. The Manor is quiet, felt like home and we look forward to staying again!!!!

As we pulled up to the Natchez Manor we noticed the block it was on was run down with vacant buildings and parking was simply street parking, which was very limited. We parked the next block over. Upon arrival no one was present to let us in the building. Another group of guests were outside waiting for someone to let them in. We called the manor number but no answer. So, we walked a few blocks away to eat an appetizer. We We called again, no answer. Walked back and finally, someone showed up. The first thing they told us was that the downstairs restaurant and rooftop bar were closed. The website touts a music filled rooftop terrace with champagne and a late night bar for cocktails downstairs. This was a complete fabrication. The restaurant/downstairs bar area was there but unused. Tables were dusty, no staff. These were two of reasons I booked the place. The room was ok, average at best, but strongly smelled of a plug in air freshener. The room was moderately clean, but the spider crawling up the wall did not make my wife feel welcome. The primary air conditioning unit was a mini split that did not work. Instead of fixing it they put a small standing AC unit in a corner vented through window. It helped a little, but mostly was very loud. The view from the window was of open trash bins and an abandoned building. The photo of our room, the Janessa Victoria, shown on the website shows and describes a light blue settee the foat of the bed, but that was not present, instead two very basic chairs. The bathroom was basic and single toilet paper roll was almost gone. After checking in, we walked to the river area and returned later that evening. We were given a key to the front door of our building and used it to enter. No staff present. Showers were brief (in the not full baths described) because water was not draining at the normal rate. The room was still warm but we finally got to sleep. Got up in morning to see about coffee and breakfast that was advertised. No staff was present, no coffee was available and no one was making breakfast. We instead put our keys on front desk (no staff) threw luggage in car and got coffee a block away at the wonderful Steampunk Roastery. We then walk to the Guest House BnB closer to river and ate a wonderful breakfast complete with mimosas in a beautiful courtyard. We enjoyed our stay in Natchez except for the Natchez Manor "Boutique" Bed and Breakfast. I suspect that at one time it was nice, and perhaps it is under new management. The website should be updated to reflect what is actually there. I have never stayed at a place before that was so flagrantly falsely advertised.
