Ordered online at 5:47. Showed up to get my order at 6:20. They told me to pull around. Sat there for 30 minutes. Saw someone else sitting and asked them how long they had been waiting. Also an hour. We both went inside and our food had been ready. They were not worried about us at all. Never apologized for the wait.

Following the submission of my name, waited an additional 45 minutes. The kitchen was in disarray and lacked organization, with the employees appearing unsure of how to operate efficiently. Worked for this company for 10 years and I was really disappointed. Food was made quickly. Cool. Husband got it back to the hotel and the cheese sticks hardly had any cheese on them. It was all piled in the middle and not spread out. So he took them found. Found 3 employees sitting on their phones. One girl came over and said “it’s made to spec” and walked back over to sit on her phone. My husband had to ask her to come back, and then had to purchase a second set of cheese sticks and get charged for extra cheese just so we could have normal cheese sticks. Sad to see such a great pizza company fall so far from grace. Starting to see why hundreds of stores were shut down around the country.
