Use the app to place an online order and arrived later than the anticipated pick-up time. Spent 10 minutes in line to inquire about my order. Following the submission of my name, waited an additional 45 minutes. The kitchen was in disarray and lacked organization, with the employees appearing unsure of how to operate efficiently. Next time, I will select an alternative pizza establishment
I thought all Pizza Huts were the same. Same ingredients. However... this pizza had the sweetest sauce of any Pizza Hut. Wasn't great. Tasted like Ragu. Crust was fine. Toppings were okay. No delivery... had to get DoorDash to deliver. It wasn't even a matter of timing. I tried to place an order for later in the day. Nope.
Update: A couple of hours after posting original review. I tried one more time with the store management. I'm going from 1 to 3 only because of how nice, helpful, and sincere Miss. Rebecca and Mrs. Sarah were. Miss Rebecca tried from day one. Mrs. Sarah treated me with common sense, sincerity and worked instant magic to have my refund coming back to me soon, along with a credit for the 13 days of confusion. Those two deserve a raise, recognition, something. Thank you ladies.(Old)...
