This place was amazing. I enjoyed the planet fried rice, absolutely delicious! The staff looked very busy, but my server was still wonderful and had great customer service. Will be coming again

The food is good but service poor. They did not greet me and did not say one word to em. I ordered online and was asking bc they acted like they did not see me. Never Again

Lovely downtown Natchez Thai Restaurant. Food is always delicious. Service is iffy. Stella was wonderful. She really aims to please. Other times, I have had to go to the bar to get a correctly mixed cocktail. Generally, yes, ho there lunch or dinner. The menu is satisfying. Both Thai and Japanese.

We love coming to planet thailand. I live out of town and look forward to coming every time. The sushi is fantastic! Truly a wonderful experice every time i make it out.

We got there seated ourselves. Only people at 3 other tables. It didn’t appear busy at 630 pm on a Monday. Waited about 10 minutes for menu and drinks. Order Beef lo mein. Steak was still pink (GROSS) and sesame chicken, the sauce tasted a little burnt. No soy sauce at the table, had to get up to ask for soy sauce…after about 30 minutes I had to get up to go pay my ticket at this point we are the only ones in there with the exception of someone ordering at the bar that the whole staff was having a conversation with. Our experience was terrible compared to what other say….never going back. On the flip side…it a nice environment

If you’re a fan of Thai food, don’t even consider Planet Thai. The soup was extremely salty, the spring rolls were oily and the entrees had little flavor except for the over abundance of onions . My stir-fried ginger chicken seemed to be missing ginger. Don’t waste your time or money.

Worst Thai experience of my life. The Thai dish we got came without any rice. The waitstaff further forgot the creamer for the coffee. The appetizer was never brought out. The refills were never provided. The waitstaff repeatedly hung out with their friends in the front. The joint is severely dysfunctional.

The best most authentic Thailand food available in Natchez. The service..The staff..The atmosphere All are amazing. But my FAVORITE...is the FOOD.. great sushi...pineapple fried rice...the bento meals. ALL YUM.

I ordered on 8/13/25 Shrimp Fried Rice paid for extra shrimp since I was told the $16 bowl only includes 2 shrimps . I paid for extra and only received 3 shrimps extra and the tails were still attached.& the orange chicken is also $16 but only less than a half bowl. This place is over price. The serving is only enough for one person.

I love this place and have since I was young. I always make it a point to go here when I'm in Natchez. The price point is high, there's no doubt in that. The portions are big though so I feel that's worth it. The drunken noodles are my favorite, but the fried rice and sushi is great too. I love spicy food so I usually ask them to kick it up a notch and they definitely delivered on that.
