This review is for off site catering during the week for a rally. There is no separate area for catering reviews. I don't normally give one star reviews but it is appropriate this time. We ordered and paid for over 90 people. We were assured they added enough food for 10% over so food for over 100 should have been served. Rally cancellations dropped down to 84 people but we did not reduce our numbers so we still should have had food for 100. We contracted for three hot breakfasts, one Continental breakfast and three full dinners with dessert. Caterers arrived over an hour late for the first breakfast, short staffed and with one air pump coffee pot! For 100! After a call to caterer and over a half hour later a box of luke warm coffee in cups was dropped off. We give credit for the attempt to fix the problem. Problems with food quantity continued even after repeated contacts. We had extra grits and inexpensive sides but were very short on meat on several occasions. We ran out of pork chops before half the attendees were fed. We also had smothered chicken that night but a large portion of the pan was wing tips which have little meat. We contracted for water at all meals and did not get it. We had to purchase our own. One meal had pecan pie for dessert (served by caterer) and there wasn't enough. Huge disappointment for our members. Caterers brought some other cake dessert so I believe they knew in advance they didn't have enough pie. We paid for her servers for dinner so it wasn't a serving portion problem on our side. Her staff were very friendly and worked hard with what they had. Member surveys for the rally showed most of our attendees were very unhappy with the caterers. I heard complaints at every meal. Our rally theme was Culture and Cuisine so problems with food hit hard. We had a mish-mash of what looked like left over plastic cutlery (wimpy white forks mixed with the sturdy clear ones) and sometimes not enough of that. Servers should not have to leave the line to find cutlery while everyone stands and waits. There should be enough plus extras on hand. Knives were non-existent for most meals so people were tearing or gnawing their meat. There was no butter or anything for the rolls we had at one dinner so knives weren't needed there. Caterer did supply one plastic knife at our last dinner to go with the tub of margarine they set out on the serving line for cornbread. Rolling River may do well with the restaurant and on-site catering but they seem to be stretched too thin to cater off site during the week. The owner has a full time job so she was not available to manage the event. She told us that she assigned a contact person to take care of us and be available for problems and that did not materialize. We chose this caterer due to good reviews as we came from all over the country and had no one local. She sounded great on the phone and reassured us she could do this. I understand off-site catering for 100 is difficult. Bottom line: I feel we did not get what we paid for and the caterer was going as cheap as possible for some items. I heard member complaints about the portions and shortage of food all week. The food was good. The staff that came to set up and serve were good. However, I cannot recommend this caterer for off site meals at this time. H
Came in on a Sunday afternoon and the buffet was delicious. Everything we had was incredible! Thank you!
We had the Sunday brunch buffet. Everything was absolutely delicious. The fried chicken and peach cobbler were outstanding. Service was excellent.

I ordered unsweetened tea; The plastic cup had a taste of 10W40 oil. I ordered a lemonade thinking it was the tea. Nope; motor oil taste again. Got them to put it in a styrofoam cup; better. Ordered the grilled catfiah dinner, mustard greens and candied yams. Yams were ok at best. Catfish tasted like it was cooked in an old dirty pan with week-old oil. No color on the fish. Mustard greens had an awkward taste(dirty). The eldest lady was nice and courteous but that’s not what we went for.

The food at this place is out of this world! From appetizers and entrees to drinks, everything was incredible. The atmosphere is chill and cozy. All of the staff was friendly, but our server Whitley was absolutely phenomenal! Will definitely be back next time we swing through Mississippi.

Food was okay some things extremely salty. If you want a true “all you can eat” this might not be your place. If you are a small woman you will not be served a decent amount of food. Oh and you can’t ask for what type of chicken you would like to eat. Even my husband said they are really stingy with food. If a business is going to do a buffet be willing to serve people food. $25 dollars a person to be restricted on what you can eat is crazy.

The food was delicious,if your looking for great southern food in Natchez Ms look no more. The staff and owner was amazing.
If you are looking for a delicious meal and great friendly service….then look no further. This place has amazing food and the service is top notch. We drive from another state just to indulge in the Sunday lunch buffet.
The RRR was open until 11 when other restaurants closed at 10. They have a great menu, including healthy options for southern food. Everything we ordered was super delicious and the waitress was especially nice. If I lived here I'd definitely be a regular.

My daughter and I stopped in earlier today (6/5). The food was great, atmosphere was welcoming and the service was wonderful even with just 1 lady serving. She was super sweet and very attentive. If I’m ever in town again we will definitely be coming back!

I hate to write a bad review. However the food was so bad and they somehow have great reviews. The reviews are why we ate there. I ordered the Rib bites and the meat was so hard my fork wouldn’t go in the meat. I did try to eat one but they were too tough. My brother ordered coke and they were out. How do you run out of coke on a Saturday? He also ordered the club and he said it wasn’t good either. The tea had so much sugar in it I couldn’t drink it. It was like syrup or had sat for days. And no I’m not a northerner who does not like sweet tea. The server on the other hand was as nice and friendly as she could be. I didn’t say a word and left a good tip. The banquet room that’s connected may draw people there. But I can promise you it is NOT the food. Will not return.

We came here to celebrate a graduation, and everything was amazing! The food was delicious—true Southern comfort at its best—and the service was impressively fast and friendly. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the portions were just right. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place with great food and great service. We’ll definitely be back!

Most restaurants are overpriced food I could make myself. This is an exception. The food was absolutely incredible! Such a chill vibe. The service was warm and inviting (like I’m eating at a good friend’s house). I’d highly recommend everyone check this place out. Next time in this way it’s on my short list.
