I ordered the 12 pack tacos-there was no greeting, employees were just going through the motions. When I got home, the scent coming from the box was overwhelming, it smelled like old grease and the taco shells tasted like they were old and stale. I was very disappointed because I had been thinking about tacos all day, but they were too smelly to eat.

So disappointed! I was craving taco bell I ordered three bean burritos with extra red sauce, two soft beef tacos and a pintos n cheese. My burritos had Zero red sauce and very hard tortillas. Taco were ok looks like they were smashed no love on prep. Pintos n cheese heart breaking. Pintos were crusty hard cold beans. So my trip sucked my dinner sucked. Awesome. Good night

Couldn't get an order right if their life depended on it. Light skinned older woman at cash register is rude as hell. Yelled at me because i wanted to exchange my drink because it was flat. It tasted like water and a drop of pepsi mixed together. Absolutely ridiculous. They take 40 minutes for one togo order to be ready even when nobody is in there. Togo orders are supposed to be made as soon as they are placed. They wait until you get there to print the order and make it.
They need to do better with cleaning the bathrooms regularly and the dining area regularly.

Nastiest men’s restroom I’ve ever seen in a fast food place. The smell of old urine on the floor burn my nose. No soap in the soap dispenser. Outdated hand dryer. You have to push a nasty button to make it work. I wouldn’t buy food from here if my life depended on it. It’s being prepared by people that simply do not care. Employees are supposed to wash their hands after using the restroom before they return to work. How can they possibly do that?

Self order & pay kiosk is a bad sign for what comes next. I thought the Grande was just so blan. Beans,meat snd awful tasteless chips. If they gave it away free, I will not go back. The bathrooms were pretty bad too. Usual loose commode seat and filthy floors. I ordered for 2 waited a reasonable time and they delivered. So service was ok.
