NASTY!!! We ordered 2 hamburger combos. They managed to mess up both of the hamburgers. Neither the burgers nor the fries had any flavor. It was like trying to eat cardboard. I can honestly say that was the nastiest meal I have had in a very long time. I WILL NOT eat there ever again!!! They didn’t even give us any ketchup or salt to add at least a little bit of flavor to our greasy cardboard fries.

and last night me and my dog both had a DOUBLE BACONATOR WITH CHEESE and chill and left off the cheese again they are NO GOOD, and we were BOTH SICK ALL NIGHT- diahrrea from hell, will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN

Used drive through, ordered classic bacon burger combo. Burger was terrible couldn't even taste the bacon. Wet and mushed from sauce. Cashier was very unfriendly and most of all couldn't even say THANK YOU.

Ordered the apple pecan salad. I had to go back into the store to get my dressing. None in the bag. Got home the salad had NO chicken or blue cheese just lettuce. Store won’t answer the phone to let them know the messed up my order again! Very dissatisfied!!

Chili was great, plenty of crackers & hot sauce. The burgers were good but how come they can't look like the picture? 2 pieces of bacon on the baconator and all the buns looked like a rolling pin was used to flatten them.
I used to love this place and came to expect great food and service. Tonight was different. I ordered the Asiago ranch chicken club through the app, which is supposed to come with bacon, lettuce tomato and ranch sauce. I asked to add pickle. What I got was a disappointment. I usually check but this time I didn’t, so when I arrived at home I discovered my $12 combo had no tomato, no bacon and no pickle. Just a pitiful leaf of lettuce smothered in something that suspiciously tasted and looked like mayonnaise (I hate mayonnaise) and cheese and looked sat on. It was awful. 🥺 I even ate my first meal here after the birth of my daughter, which after a 24 hour diet of ice chips tasted like manna from Heavin. Why did you let me down Wendy’s?

Took a while to get waited on, workers on their phones, or talking to each other, my order was wrong, when I did get it, it was cold and soggy, fries tasted like they was cold yesterday, everybody was very unfriendly, the bathroom was disgusting, floors dirty I won't be back
