I went to this Wendy's location on January 31, 2024 between the hours of 6 and 7pm. Two of the employees there had extremely bad attitudes. One was a female with long braids down to her hips. I know it sounds strange, but she basically had a stare off with me. I thought she was staring at me so hard and for so long because she was trying to determine if she knew me. It took me a moment to realize that that was her way of telling me to stop looking at her. Granted, I was looking in her direction, but I wasn't focused on her. It wasn't until she stopped doing what she was doing and stared me dead into my eyeballs that I truly noticed her. The second girl had green and black braids and was working the register. She was beyond rude to all the customers in line. One of the ladies actually left without even placing an order. I had no choice but to stay because I was DoorDashing at the time. I felt sorry for the older gentleman in front of me because she talked to him like he was less than the dirt under her shoe. When I was done working my DoorDash shift, I returned to get their names. It was around 10pm, and the lobby was closed, but the employee in the photo came to the door when she saw me take her picture. She asked what did she do to me. I told her it was her nasty attitude that offended me. She accused me of being upset only because I failed to pick up the entire DoorDash order and had to return to the store. Yes, I did forget part of the order, but that was solely on me, which is why I called and explained to the customer what happened. He was more than polite and understanding because I was polite and courteous to him. Something these Wendy's employees don't seem to know how to do. It blows my mind that she thought I would blame her for a mistake I made, but she failed to see how her poor customer service skills and lack of professionalism were the real problem. I did talk to a manager who said he would address the problem. I don't know if he did or didn't, but I hope he at least tried talking to them, though I doubt it would make much of a difference.

As soon as we entered, our entire group of 8 people was pervaded by a mysterious unpleasant smell.The sandwich was quite good (the only flaw was that the meat was hot and the rest was cold).The drinks dispenser was out of ice and needed descaling.Service in line with expectations.Dirty bathroom.

They were extremely busy when I drove up so I'm not going to comment on the times I knew it would take a little while to get through the line. I understand that and anyone that goes to a drive-thru and sees a bunch of cars and doesn't expect the weight as an idiot. That being said is busy as it was. I should not have gotten lukewarm fries and my burger should have been correct and not cold. I think they pre-cooked the burgers. Usually. Wendy's is great. This one is not so great. I hope they can do better in the future because I do enjoy burgers at Wendy's every now and then

They were out of ice in the drink one of the two drink machines. Half the sodas were out on both machines. They were also out of ketchup. The tables had a greasy film on them.
