Dear BT Prime,

One word..... Wheeew!
Everything was definitely everything!
Steak seasoned to the gawds, cuts like buuutttaahhhh ?. The chargrilled oyesters, and i don't eat them, until now. OMG! The service, the ambiance, the water lady, all the staff was well worth it. S/O to Chef Amber, Not too many places u go, the chef comes out to greet the customers. She left her post in the kitchen to let us know that it was a slight delay in the kitchen due to a big anniversary party that reserved prior to us. Then to come out a 2nd time to see if we enjoyed the food. BABBBEEEEEE YESSS! Chef's ? Then u get to pick ur own steak knife. The hospitality was worth every mofo cent! BT DEFINITELY is in my top 3! ? ?? Next visit we'll experience the bed and breakfast.

I can’t say enough about this restaurant. My husband surprised me to this dinner for our 1st anniversary. We had a cute written “happy anniversary “ sign waiting at our table. It was the best service we’ve had at any dinner. Our server Evan did a fantastic job and was very caring to us. Our drinks stayed full and when dinner did come out it was exceptional. Overall the best fine dining we’ve experienced in the mid south area.

The food was absolutely delicious at BT Prime Steakhouse. Our table of three ordered the salmon, chicken pesto Alfredo pasta, and the shrimp and grits. All three of the dishes were superb! The chef came around and said hello. Her knack for cooking is unmatched. Just spectacular! Our server was not very friendly. She was very matter-of-fact, and not helpful when asking about dishes. The hostess was also very dry and did not provide a warm welcome. The manager walking around was amazing. We will definitely be coming back for the food!

The table was too tight . We had set next to each other at a four top table to have room to eat . They ran out of baked potatoes at a steak restaurant. We were not notified until the our dinner came out . Wife steak got cold before her new side came out.. The steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. But had a little too much fat on it . I will definitely Not let this experience stop us from coming back.

Great dinner at BT Prime. Steak cooked perfectly, vegetable sides were delicious. We are repeat customers and it's consistently good every time we visit. Love seeing the same staff, too.

We had dinner Saturday evening with friends, BT Prime was a new dinner choice for both couples. We were all impressed! The service was excellent and the bartender was generous. The bacon appetizer and the cheese flambee were very tasty and unique. The steaks we were still talking about them the next day. As a steak snob, I still must say that they were perfectly prepared with a season and salt rub. I would highly recommend BT Prime!

Parking: Plenty of spaces near the restaurant, easy access.

The venue is beautiful and a wonderful change from all the concrete and strip malls of city dining. The food was great. I had the snapper and it was rich and delicious. Other with me had the rib-eye and said they were perfectly cooked. We shared the bacon sampler and the saganaki was also great. Service was very good. No long waits, but not rushed either. Looking forward to going again.

Not impressed at all. I ordered an old fashioned and I was asked what kind of Bourbon so I asked for Bulleit, it came out crystal clear with mostly ice. Our hostess even noticed it so she went to the bar tender but was told old fashions are made with water. Our hostess pulled up the recipe and showed the bar tender but they continued to insist water was the main ingredient. Ok, so I ordered a glass of wine instead. When I received my bill I was charged $14 for the cocktail and $9 for the Bulleit. A very expensive glass of water.
My wife ordered Scallops and they came out with a bleach smell and no sear at all. She also order a banana foster, but they were out of ice cream and it couldn't be flambe'd because Hal was off that night.
We asked to speak to Amber the GM but after waiting 20 minutes they came back and said it's obvious she isn't going to come talk to us.
I was really expecting much more from BT Prime.

Wonderful meal. Starters were especially good! Entrees perfectly prepared. Very generous portions. Wine list needs work. Need to add a least one chocolate item to dessert menu. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Second time to visit and is absolutely wonderful. We love the small intimate restaurant with the best servers. The salads, filets, mushrooms, and baked potato were great. Hands down one of the best flavored filets I've eaten.

I have been here three times now and I always get the Ribeye steak. It is always so juicy, tender, and well seasoned. The service, ambiance, and food is all amazing. I would suggest to reserve the window room, the views are amazing!
