I am honestly shocked & upset with the service I had this morning. I know it is raining & yucky outside but please greet your customers when they come in to purchase your product.
I was not greeted. The girl was sitting on the couch reading a book as I walked in & she looked upset that I walked in the door. I placed my order & asked if she can make a shake & a tea, she hesitated again.
I paid $13 and proceed to TIP 20% for her to make my order and it took her OVER 20 minutes. (I SHOULD NOT HAVE TIPPED!)
I am the ONLY person there, no phone orders, nothing.
Another employee walked in & she did not greet me or the other coworker.
If people don’t want to work, please stay at home!
Was not told thank you, have a good day, nothing. I am baffled.
I NEVER make reviews but the service this morning makes me never want to return back to Nesbit Nutrition.
