I love all the chain Mexican (tex-mex) restaurants as much as anyone, but this place is by far the best Mexican food I've ever had, anywhere. Any time friends or family from out of town come to visit I always try and steer us to Guadalajara. Authentic and very reasonably priced, it's probably even the cheapest restaurant meal you can get in New Albany. Staff is always friendly and helpful too.

The food is unique and set apart from any other Mexican restaurants in the area. It is always very tasty and flavored. The service is lacking a little. There is usually only one lady working as a waitress and she only checks in about every 15-20 minutes after ordering. The atmosphere is filled with several large screen tvs and Hispanic music playing from the jukebox. Plenty of seating and overall a great place. The drive thru stays very active.
