We tried the Swamp Tour and my favorite was the Red Beans ‘n Rice and Jamabalya. We also had the Shrimp PoBoy which was HUGE! You can’t go wrong at this place!“

“The atmosphere was great, and it was busy enough to let me know business is good. The food was delicious, the charbroil oysters gave me hope that the food was indeed worth it. I followed it with the gumbo, a very hearty and tasty dish. I had the royal redfish for the entrée. I mean wow, what a dish. Everything was fresh, cooked well, and tasted amazing. The cocktails are really well crafted. I concluded my meal with the banana foster cheesecake, a very rich dessert that i would recommend sharing. The wait staff were all very kind and attentive. I highly recommend this restraunt to anyone who likes good food.“

And the entire staff was super friendly, especially Maizy! Her suggestions combined with the skill of the chefs were unbeatable! Can't wait to go back!“
“We really enjoyed Sunday lunch at this restaurant. The fried mushrooms were the best I have ever had - large mushrooms sliced thin and fried - excellent. The seafood nachos were also good. I had the Louisanna Leyton (redfish topped with crabmeat and crawfish sauce), which was a nice portion and terrific flavor. My wife had the fried oyster platter. Her oysters were well seasoned and fried to perfection. My daughter had the crawfish etoufee, which she loved also. All entrées were nice portions, and the service was friendly.“

“Family came to town unexpediately. Decided that due to time constraints we would do a brunch somewhere. Decided to go to Lagniappe. They could seat us immediately. Had a wonderful "southern breakfast". Highly recommended the "L" plate for those with a big appetite. Service was excellent“
