Another couple waiting for a table at the same time we were, were seated about 3 minutes ahead of us. They ordered, got their food, ate and left before our food ever arrived. My eggs were supposed to be over medium. When I cut into them with my fork, raw egg white went everywhere. My pancakes and grits were cold.
My husband was supposed to have toast with his meal. He was almost finished eating before...

The staff isn't just courteous and professional, they're NICE PEOPLE. At 8 o'clock on a Sunday morning, no one was dragging or grumpy. They spoke conversationally with guests AND each other.
