I need to take a moment to appreciate Nicholas for going above and beyond to make sure we always have a wonderful experience here! My younger daughter has autism and was extremely upset when they didn't have her usual ice cream out. He went to the back freezer and got it for her, bringing tears to my eyes. Not only is the food at French Kiss top notch, the service is amazing too. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our dessert!

Hidden gem in downtown OS. It’s easy to moss out overlook, but so worth stopping in. Best coffee in downtown, and beats any other chain pastry or ice cream shop in the area. Never had a bad experience!

Let me tell you!!! The coffee and pastries are AMAZING! I get the "downtown" coffee. I especially like that they have a variety of sugar-free coffee options. I also regularly get their mint chocolate chip gelato. Their chocolate mousse single serving pastry is so smooth!Now, about their service. Here is where my complaint comes..... not one but twice, they have refused to admit my service dog. I went back a third time and tried to talk directly to the female employee and explain how IDEA law works. She ignored me once, when I gained her attention the second time she got extra nasty and said "no dog!". I will now be emailing the owner but also not be going back no matter how good their food/drinks are.Parking: I normally have to try to parallel park across the street.
