It was an incredible experience - from start to finish. Not only were the dishes creative, but the service and pacing was impeccable. We chose to add on the wine pairings and they were perfectly matched. Overall, a great culinary adventure!

Everything about the meal was fantastic. I’ve had the good fortune to eat at a few Michelin starred restaurants and I would put the food at Vestige right there with them. The menu was inventive with a definite Japanese inspiration and was a great combination of local seafood and ingredients with exotic items done in such a way as to complement each other.
