Glory Bound Gyro Co. - Ocean Springs, MS

Picked up a to-go gyro order tonight and the food was fantastic. Great menu overall, the waiter at the bar was friendly, and my food came out quickly. Will be visiting again in the future, on repeat!

food is freaking amazing. i think something is wrong with the servers and hosts tho. they dont greet you and just walk by u like ur not there. cooks be whipping up tho

Could have stood a bit more cleaning, but in fairness we visited the day after the Mardi Gras parades. Food was very good, as was service.

Always a good time and great food

The food was ok except what they do to the grilled vegetables is a crime with how much oil is used and how mushy they are. The portions are very small. My husband's fries were cold and soggy. Had to sit at the bar because all the tables were pushed together to make 8 tops when they could have easily been 4 tops. Half the tables went unused. The bartender couldn't have cared less when I mentioned my issues. Mr. Greek in Biloxi is FAR BETTER.

Disappointing to get wine and cocktails in cheap plastic glasses. Also we don't like eating on plastic with cheap plastic utensils.

Came in around 9 the place was pretty dead as it was a Sunday night. We got sat at our table relatively quick. Our server came by the table to take our order in a timely fashion, it was perfect until this point. Our server Nicole came to our table and actually had a seat with us while taking our order (strange but whatever). Not only was she sitting at our table the entire time taking our order but she was very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable of the menu or prices. When asked what the cook would recommend the waitress said “oh there ain’t no chief he is only 18.” We still placed our drink order and food order only for her to bring out water and come back 5 mins later and have her tell us she did not feel comfortable serving us. Can’t rate the food because we never made it that far with the horrible service we received. 1 star do NOT recommend

The tl;dr: it's okay.

As in perfectly acceptable. As in nothing special. I would recommend the outdoor seating over the interior. And don't expect anythingany subtle signs of "specialness". There just aren't any.

Excellent experience and vegan options.
The hummus was wonderful, but the fries reigned supreme! They also carry a non-alcoholic beer. Service was great, and the bartenders are friendly and fun. Nice for a drop-in and out treat and drink, or a sit-down experience with friends.

I love the hummus here. Great service also! However, vegans/ vegetarians beware: the falafel are cooked with beef so they are labeled veg. friendly, but they are not. I recommend the Greek salad without feta, sub olive and vinegar and the garlic Basil hummus. It is delicious!
