We’re from out of town and saw this place. It was seat yourself so we decided to sit outside on the cutest outdoor patio in ocean springs. Our server Preston came to us and brought our drinks out quickly. The food came out almost as quickly. Tried the grocery burger today and it was top notch ! Great atmosphere, service, and food. Will come again when we’re back in town!

Friendly atmosphere. Food came fresh and hot. The roast beef and gravy is really good, as are the loaded nachos. The roast beef wrap is also really good. Their top shelf margarita 👌

Abby & Bryce were wonderful. We went for Mother’s Day brunch and they made our experience exceptional. Had great recommendations. I highly recommend Abby‘s bloody Mary!

Sitting here now eating the daily special Chicken Parm sandwich and fries and drinking an Abita Amber. Food is top notch tasty. Beer is hitting the spot. Service and atmosphere is exactly what I needed today. 10/10

I ordered a BLT on rye, the rye bread was fresh as were the tomatoes and lettuce unfortunately the bacon was so well done it was crunchy enough to break my teeth.

My husband ordered a burger which he said was good.

The staff and the bartenders at Government Street Grocery are the best! I own the salon next-door to Government Street Grocery and they deliver when our clients ask they are the sweetest people ever great drinks great service fast service couldn’t ask for more thank you Government Street Grocery!

Server was amazing and attentive.
Food was amazing, had a group of 3 and I tried a bite of everyone's stuff. All of it was absolutely amazing. (I recommend the chili on Wednesdays.)

We came from out of state for the St. Patrick’s Day parade and decided to go eat here. But we never got a chance to taste the food. The outside staff was so rude about having 8 minutes until they opened. We was gonna wait and sit outside at a table but the staff rudely told us we couldn’t sit and wait. So with their rudeness we went and spent our money elsewhere.

Stopped here for late lunch after Mardi Gras parade. Good burgers and hand cut fries. More of a bar. Nice patio area, but we too cold for us and the grands.
