Customer service is all time worst. Pulled up to speaker and waited 10 minutes after no one answered. I pulled to the window. the employee posted in the attached video attempted to scold me , customer, about the number of people on staff which was 2 then preceeded not to serve me.
Called 3 times and was hung up on. Got there and was told they were too busy to answer the phone?!
picked up cold pizza for dinner tonight called and talked to a young lady Danielle, was told I'd have to bring the pizza back and a receipt that they don't give you at the window when you pay with cash, I told her I'd bring the pizza back tomorrow but don't have a receipt. yet they can't refund it or replace it. it's in there policy... I ask to talk to her boss.. she is the boss! as a mom of teenage football players for ocean springs who love pizza, this mom won't spend another...read full review
