The customer service at the store was OK but the young man that was behind the counter seemed to not know how to take an orderand when I told him that somebody came in it was stealing soda. I had to tell him that he needed to go tell his manager, and he did nothing. He went toward the back, but I never saw the manager, and the young man did not come back upfront. Wouldn't serve me cause I am on a bicycle is discrimination and profiling
After our order was made on the screen I went to the counter to get our drinks and the 3 people working the drive through window would look over at me and ignore that I was there. One of them looked at me and started dancing… after we got our food and sat down we saw one of the workers in the back eating their fries while making someone’s order which I’m pretty sure is a health violation. All around this location needs a lot of work on their staff..
