“I have to commend the guy who went above and beyond to help me, it was 5 minutes till closing time, I know that pisses people off coming at the last minute to order, so I apologized in advance, the guy couldn't hear me well on the intercom, so he came to my vehicle and took the order, I asked if everything was already cleaned up, I'll just get something else down the road, he said no sir no worries order what you like, I ask if they had to do anything over if I ordered he said it no problem sir everything on the menu is available sir, I was floored by his professionalism, where im from you might get shot for showing up right at closing, and you definitely ain't getting a order in, that's Laplace,Louisiana, well we ordered and my coworker ordered a chocolate shake, well there's another franchise that is famous for there ice cream machine to be broken all the time, so he ask the car hop guy if it was working, and he said yes sir its always working, what would you like sir, chocolate shake no problem, now it is like a minute before closing, and I hear a lady on the intercom speaking to another person who pulled in a minute or two after myself, well that person not only go to order to, but the lady on the intercom told the other person not to worry the lights was bout to be going off, but they will still get there order, and the food was perfectly fine, hot, and all there, well the lights went out, and our order arrived after 12, and the kind guy asked us if we need anything else, I was like omg dude if everyone was like you bro this world would be so much of a better place, I appreciate your professionalism, and im sure there's people that go there and give him a hard time because they have problems of their own or because of his skin color, sad but true, but I guarantee he handles every customer in the same professional, respectful and polite way he did for me, I wish I could've gotten his name, but I really think this guy us setting examples this need to be showed to other employees at other locations, he is gonna go places in life, his family did a great job of raising him, and teaching him how to be humble well spoken, hats off to you Homie, great job I appreciate your service, and he was tipped well for his job, he deserved it, and he was like are you sure you wanna give me this, I said you earned it buddy, keep that up you are going places. This was on Jan 10th 2026 near midnight. Give that man a raise and a management position.

“Loved coming here for the blackened chicken tenders. It’s a great option for low calorie, high protein. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is there’s an inconsistency with the time of day and how they’re prepared. Early afternoon makes them perfectly, when I’ve gone later in the day they’re dryer and have more seasoning than during day.“

“Never thought I would say this about a fast food place nowadays but I would definitely recommend eating here prices are high but that's all over the place but the staff there was really friendly and polite it's amazing to see nowadays The lobby area was clean The bathrooms amazingly clean and the food was good they even came out to check on the guest in the lobby to see if they needed anything I haven't seen that type of service since I was a kid 30 some years ago would definitely come back here versus other fast food places around them they really went above and beyond with the politeness and service“

“My daughter is autistic and homeschooled, and every Tuesday morning we go to McDonald’s to let her enjoy the play center and meet new friends. This morning, her whole face lit up when she saw the display of the Disney figurines, and she told me how much she wanted a Mickey.

As we were walking toward the play area, an employee came up to us and said, “I couldn’t find a Mickey, but I did find Sadness and Olaf, hope it helps!”

It may seem small, but that little act of kindness meant the world to us. He turned an ordinary Tuesday into something truly magical. I didn’t catch his name, but if he sees this, please know you brought Christmas joy to us. Thank you for reminding us that kindness is still alive this season. 🎄❤️“

“So the employee we had was Jake (Jacob on the reciept). We had ordered some sandwiches with drinks and everything else. I pulled up to the window and asked if I could get some extra Horsy and Arby's sauce. He delivered, he also told me that if I ever just want those sauces they sell them in a couple local grocery stores too now! He was just a vibe and we enjoyed it but our conversation might have caused him to forget to hand our drinks to us and we didn't even know until we got to the Airbnb and I said I'll bring the drinks in... we called the Arby's and he said we can come back for the drinks or the refund because he works until close. We did just that but a few hours later because it was quite a long distant for a few dollars. I pulled back up and we recognized each other and everything went smoothly even when he was slightly busy he left everyone without concern that everyone is in good hands.

“Just visiting this morning. I'm not a huge breakfast person so I ordered lunch items at 845 a.m. they never make me feel bad about it and are always extremely incommodating I don't know the lady's name at the drive-thru today but she was the sweetest they always go above and beyond at this location“

“This is DEFINITELY the cleanest subway I've been to. All the food was in the right container "not all mixed together", and Jeannalyn was the most happiest person I've seen working in along time! She was so polite and offered and made suggestions that no one has ever done before. Thank you. We will definitely be coming back to this one!
