“I recently dropped by on a laid-back Monday afternoon and had a blast! This spot is perfect for watching sports, shooting pool, and chatting with the super-friendly staff. Plus, it's way bigger than I thought it would be, which was a pleasant surprise. While you can smell a bit of cigarette smoke in the air, it's not too bad. Oh, and I gotta mention, the chicken wrap I had was absolutely delicious!“

“I eat at Jimmy John’s often, their sandwiches never disappoint and the customer service is great. I am always greeted when I come through the door, I was surprised one day when I walked in and was greeted by my first name. Today I placed an online order for pick up, well when I got to my car it would not start, I called the store to let them know I was unable to come pick my order up, Brent told me not to worry that he would bring my lunch to me at work!!!“

“This is a good place to eat and get full for the price. Only thing wrong is they need to hire more help for the waitress that’s already here. They have her busting tables, sitting people, serving drinks, and cashing people out. She’s the only one taking care of the entire front.“
“Not sure why the address that came up was the Biloxi facility, but it should be 2180 Pass Road, Gulfport. This facility on Pass Road in Gulfport Mississippi is a wonderful place to go. The workers have been there for a while so they recognize you when you come in and they remember how you like your food. They know I don't like my food in the microwave so they always put it in the oven. That's the kind of service I appreciate.“
“I had trouble placing my order online so I went ahead and went in and was worried because I had several items to order. But the young lady working handled it wonderfully. She was efficient and fast, and made sure to give me awesome service even tho I forgot a few items and she had to back track to fix my order. I wish I would’ve caught her name to give her the recognition she deserves but she was awesome. Our sandwiches tasted good, the store was super clean, and of course like I said the service was amazing.“
“I am an avid customer at Pizza Hut located at 2176 Pass Road in Biloxi, Ms. I’m talking a pizza every day and from the time I walk in the level of customer service is beyond satisfaction up until the time I leave… The level of professionalism and cleanliness of the store exceeds my expectations every single time I arrive and I’ve been eating at the same restaurant since 2018 not to mention I live like right next door.. my pizza is always fresh and the employees are always smiling and upbeat which radiates DEDICATION… for those who complain about delivery time should try PRE ORDERING ONLINE, quit being lazy and drive to get it because the pick up time is always 15 minutes or less and the price is way cheaper… ijs that’s my secret to WALKING IN AND WALKING RIGHT BACK OUT.. All in all, I love my PIZZA HUT FAMILY“
