“Every Firehouse I go to is always so clean and the food is utterly amazing. I love the hot sauce bar. They actually manage to keep it clean somehow. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. The service is friendly, engaging and accommodating. The ice went out in the soda machine today. All we did was mention it and here comes a dude out the back with two huge buckets ready to go! This is really where it's at. So worth the price!! Everything I've had here has been on point. Great job guys!“

My husband made a joke saying “if you think the amount will kill her, it’s not enough.” The sandwich artist drenched the sandwich in oil and vinegar to the point it was all dripping wet. “I tried this location because it is the closest to me (NOLA). The only thing that might throw some people off is that it is located in Harrah's casino. That means the price is a bit higher. The bright side is that it is open 24/7. Extraordinary customer service by management (manager). The food is delicious. I give it two thumbs up if you are looking for burgers, thin cut fries, and shakes. I'd definitely crave for this again.“

The staff went above and beyond, not only being patient my order, but demonstrating compassion and emotional support through their facial expressions.
