“Great Service Feom Carrie! I stopped by right when they opened this morning, and Carrie gave me an excellent start to my day. “Every Firehouse I go to is always so clean and the food is utterly amazing. I love the hot sauce bar. They actually manage to keep it clean somehow. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. The service is friendly, engaging and accommodating. The ice went out in the soda machine today. All we did was mention it and here comes a dude out the back with two huge buckets ready to go! This is really where it's at. So worth the price!! Everything I've had here has been on point. Great job guys!“

“Steak ’n Shake at Harrah’s Biloxi was fantastic! Joy, the cashier, was so kind and helpful, and Charletta prepared our food fresh—everything was hot, tasty, and made with care. The restaurant was spotless and well maintained, and every employee we met was polite and friendly. Great experience all around. I will definitely come back!“

“My husband and I went to this location yesterday evening. I asked the nice cashier if I’d be able to add oil and vinegar to the sandwich like subway does. She politely said of course. My husband made a joke saying “if you think the amount will kill her, it’s not enough.” The sandwich artist drenched the sandwich in oil and vinegar to the point it was all dripping wet. It was the BEST SANDWICH I HAVE EVER HAD. THANK YOU FOR SUCH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️“

“I’m from Louisiana and was in the area when i decided a subway sandwhich should be in my future. I stopped by, and it was fate that i came here on this day while the wonderful Carrie was working. I’ve never experienced such great customer service, they definitely don’t have that in Louisiana subways!! I felt like family immediately and I’ve never met this lady before! Please, this is the subway to go too! Very clean and like i said, customer service from Carrie was top tier!“

“Normally, it’s pretty good but this is PATHETIC sauce on wings...“

“I had trouble placing my order online so I went ahead and went in and was worried because I had several items to order. But the young lady working handled it wonderfully. She was efficient and fast, and made sure to give me awesome service even tho I forgot a few items and she had to back track to fix my order. I wish I would’ve caught her name to give her the recognition she deserves but she was awesome. Our sandwiches tasted good, the store was super clean, and of course like I said the service was amazing.“

“I had a hard morning with my windshield wiper literally flying off in the rain. I briefly mentioned that I didn’t know if I had the new one on good or not now. The staff went above and beyond, not only being patient my order, but demonstrating compassion and emotional support through their facial expressions. Even if it had stopped there, it would have been enough, but Autumn and Amber took it to another level. Bobby quickly looked at my wiper to be sure I was safe. Thank you all so much for being an encouraging team that does more than create good sandwiches!!“
