“On April 22, my friend and I landed in the Hard Rock Cafe for a break and a snack. We had the great fortune to be served by Mari-Anne. What a delight! She led us to some great food options, plus her service was beyond five stars. She made our day.“

“Patricia is absolutely a seasoned professional and proficient at guest experience. She noticed that my wife really wanted table service after we were told by the host…? that only the bar was open. She sat us at a table after she inquired what we preferred based on us looking at a menu. (We didn’t ask for a table she perceived and made the offer. It made my wife smile!)
Her service was attentive and prompt and accurate. I could tell that she tried to get another server to pick up the table, ( she said I’ll get someone to take care of yall) she ultimately was our server. I noticed the manager not attending to guests yet walking around drinking a Diet Coke. He made eye contact with me and then immediately about faced to the BOH. I really wanted to commend the singer picking up the extra set when we arrived but I didn’t have that opportunity because he didn’t talk to guests, not even the party of about 6-7 business folks in the dining room our entire visit. Patricia was hospitable, kind, perceptive, and a true pro. For my first visit to the coast I’m down for places like this. Thank you Patricia and best of luck in your future endeavors. “Ervin at the cash register is great at his job! Very friendly, professional and always smiling. The tacos are good but expensive at $5 each. Solid daiquiris. Cheese dip hits the spot. So the churro cheese cake. Looks great in the picture but not good.“

“This place was really good! My husband and I came here before shopping at The Exchange, I think we were probably some of the only civilians in there. The fries were great, they tasted like how McDonald’s fries used to taste back when they used beef tallow instead of vegetable oil. Everything was fresh, husband and I both got the Mushroom Bacon Burger. The patties were thick, not like all the flat commercially prepared burgers most places make. We sat near the bar and foosball table, there was a tv or two with live sports on. This is a super awesome place, I would come back here again.“

“Finally got to try this place out. We ordered a ribeye and a filet that was recommended by our server Lily. Excellent choices because the filet was so tender and the ribeye had so much flavor. I would definitely come back and the lemon ice box piece is so refreshing after a heavy dinner. Lily was very happy to suggest her favorite items.“

“This felt like a hurry up and eat place, but the food was very good. We ate lobsters until we could not eat lobsters anymore. The salad bar had an excellent broccoli salad that made the lobsters taste even better. Be sure to go on nights when they have the lobsters. They are very good.“

“All restaurants closed at 9pm on the weeknight here so this was the only choice. I wasn’t looking forward to it because I really wanted something else. The lady next to me had a hot dog and said it was disgusting so I wasn’t optimistic. I ordered the breakfast off the limited Togo menu and while it took about 40min to get I was pleasantly surprised. It was a ton of food and cooked decently. Bacon was in crumbles but that was ok. I really liked the wheat toast—it was fluffy and tasted good, and they gave me a decent portion of grits. My fiancé had a chef salad. He said it was really good too. The staff was friendly especially the older lady with the glasses. I think my meal was worth the price but most things in a casino are going to be higher priced anyway and most people are using comps. There was a $2.50 charge for to go orders but to go was the only option🤷🏻‍♀️ so I didn’t quite understand that😂 oh well—I was starving and it hit the spot!“

He swirled chocolate in the glass (perfect) he rimmed the glass with chocolate and chocolate sprinkles (perfect) then I quit watching him. He served me straight vodka in my pretty glass and not good vodka either! I should have told him it was crap but I'd been up since 4am, my feet were hurting and I just didn't have it in me so I paid too much for my cheap vodka drink and I even tipped good ol Jer for his attempt.“
