“Was good except for the parking. When we came back to the marina after a day on the river, we had a note on our car telling us to park with the other cars. Mind you we did park where the other cars were parked when we got and they got little notes as well. I suggest they post no parking signs where they don't want people parking. It was our first time going there.“
“We have eated here three times in the past year and found the food and service very good. We have had the pasta dishes, fried seafood, and the last time we had the bacon, cheese burger with the fried onions and sweet potato fries. The burger's meat was at least 3/4" thick, obviously hand made, cooked precisely to medium rare with fresh tomato and lettuce.“
“Our first time going and the service and HOT and FRESH food were Outstanding and very tasty‼️ I saw some reviews complain about a wait, but the wait was not bad at all. I'll gladly wait any day for properly cooked hot food handed over with a smile and not a teenage attitude! We are definitely going back again!“
“I used to come here almost every Friday with the guys from the office. 15lbs later I had to stop. While the seating area is large enough to fit every person with coveralls between here and Biloxi, the buffet bar isn't that large. Probably about 12+ hot items plus desserts and salad bar. While you may not get the variety that you would at a larger place, this allows them to keep the quality up. It's southern style so fried chicken is a must and very good. Having only gone on Fridays I didn't realize the items change depending on the day. Fridays always had fried fish and shrimp, plus steamed/boiled shrimp in addition to said chicken. Going on a Thursday this time, it was chicken and pork chops, which were huge and gone almost as fast as they put them out. The hot sides change too, I enjoyed the butter beans I had not previously tried. Hush puppies and potatoes, corn etc for fish fridays. The fried green tomatoes are always good. I did know the deserts change and don't know what I was putting in my mouth but it tasted as good as it looked. Salad bar is only there to help push things along. I usually just drink water but got unsweetened tea this time, which was really weak and should've saved myself that $2. They don't have fountain drinks, just cans, so no free refills on pop.“
“Ms. Kari and her team are always so warm and welcoming to us. We tend to go on Sunday morning which is usually a very busy time for them. They always remember us and our orders( we love that part)! The food of course is hot and fresh! I can’t speak enough about the service Joanne is a favorite of ours but all of the associates are great! Please visit this store you won’t be disappointed And get Ms.Kari to make you her famous Omelette!!!“
“Waffle House has become an iconic presence on the culinary landscape here in the southeastern United States. It seems that their familiar logo beckons in all of its bright yellow neon glory road-weary travelers, partying college kids, parents with kids in tow, hungry workers seeking a casual and quick sit-down meal and just about everyone else from every walk of life.Since Waffle House opened its first location back on September 5, 1955 in Avondale Estates, Georgia, it quickly established itself by offering a consistent selection of food and by being open twenty-four hours a day.For me, the biggest appeal of Waffle House has always been their hash browns, which you can get basic or topped with a variety of toppings such as chili, white sausage gravy, cheese, ham, onions and so many more items and you can combine these toppings in a multitude of ways. For my main course, I have usually gone with their patty melts or one of their egg breakfast options. I myself can see the strangeness that I have never had a waffle in a business where waffle is in their very name, but I prefer a more savory breakfast than a sweet one.If you are in the southeast United States, odds are you have probably passed a Waffle House location. It seems that they are on almost every major highway exit ramp and strategically placed throughout most cities and towns in the southeast. If you see one, give them a try.“
“They're a new location. I ordered online and went to pick it up. When I got to the speaker, they said it would be a few minutes, because they'd just gotten the order as I got there. I'm guessing no one looked for the online orders. They asked me to park and then never brought the food out. after 15 minutes of waiting, I went back to the window. They said it was ready, but no one knew which car I was in. I was one of two cars in the parking lot, parked next to one another. My food was not hot by the time we got it. I drove 45 minutes to this location. Kind of bummed, but it was ok.“
“We was seated fast. Waiter got out drinks fast. Food came out good and fast. The pictures I have post are things new to us. We are from ca and I have never seen green beans in a bottle lol so I asked the Waiter told me about it. Also never had turnup greens before. All around it was a nice sit down time from driving all day. Will so go back when I'm in the area.“
“I was in the area for work today. I was really wanting some country cooking. Google brought me to Faye’s Kitchen. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Faye herself. She gave me a sample plate of all the sides and each dish was delicious. It was so hard to choose which one was the best. I chose the rib plate with three sides and banana pudding. All of it was delicious and enough food for two people. Customer service was next level. Everyone spoke and was super nice. I’ll definitely become a regular, any time I’m near this way with work I’m coming to Faye’s Kitchen!!“
