Great place. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Most of the menu (eggs, pancakes, French Toast, omelets) are vegetarian but, obviously, not vegan.“
“We had a fantastic time with our server, while enjoying fantastic food and atmosphere. It was easy to feel comfortable talking to an old friend while marveling in the delectable dishes! I reccomend the shrimp nachos as an appetizer but be warned that it's enough to make it hard to finish your meal, even with two people working on them! I'll definitely be back and have nothing but good things to say.“
“First time dining at the Hook, top quality & fresh catch of the day! We had the triple tail with "The Pass" sauce which was a butter garlic sauce with crab & shrimp! Definitely rich but not heavy where it weighs you down! Had the bread pudding for dessert & it's the best I've had, definitely will be back!“
“This is one of those easy to miss scruffy shack type places with absolutely incredible food, great service and a bunch of picnic tables on a grass area right on the beach. One of the best and most memorable meal experiences ever. I am coming back several times while I am still in the area.Parking: Right next to a large free municipal lot. Probably crowded during peak tourist season, but plenty of spaces.Kid-friendliness: Outdoor picnic tables right on a sandy beach. Perfect for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Right on ground level off the parking lot - should be navigable“
“Excellent stuffed fish, shrimp angelle, bread pudding, and tea. I wish the outdoor seating was more comfortable, but the food was so good, I can't take anything away for that. Worth a small detour if you're passing by on I-10 or are just in the area.“
“Brandy was amazing! Everything from the service to the atmosphere was great! We sat outside with my dog as we just came from a dog show in the area; all of us were tired, hungry, and hot, but Brandy had us covered including my dog. She gave recommendations for us and showed me the dog menu as well. I can not say enough good things about our experience! Definitely a 10/10.“
