IHOP is a restaurant with mixed experiences. The food is great, with dishes cooked to customers' liking, such as the sampler with crispy bacon, well-done sausage, and eggs over medium. Customers enjoy the great pancakes, and some have experienced over the top service. Andre introduced himself and catered to a toddler. Yasmine had a smile that lit up the room and appeared to enjoy her job. She was detail oriented. On the other hand, some customers have experienced poor service. Waiting 40 minutes for food can result in cold eggs and overcooked pancakes. The restaurant also operates as Pardon my Cheesesteak, with a soggy and untoasted roll, minimal beef, and missing ordered items.
