The worst customer service. They need to hire more bartenders. The ones they do have are rude. I always have to wait at least 15 minutes or MORE every time I try to order from the bar NO MATTER THE DAY OR TIME! I live in Ocean Springs, am a mature professional, and give grace to service industry workers; however, I've never had a good experience at this bar. I would rather walk a few blocks down the street and order from another location.

We decided to try this place for an afternoon drink. It was not packed and only one sever was behind the bar. The drink menu was a bit limited but what we had tasted good. Not much else in the afternoon was happening here. I am sure the evenings are better but would need more help or some table service which at this time they didn't offer. We went up to the bar to order. Not sure a return for me but please do if want to try.

The bar's fancy ambiance initially impressed us, but our excitement dwindled due to the bartenders' lack of attention.Despite the classy decor, the staff neglected to offer us a menu or acknowledge our presence. We had to move to the bar just to get noticed, and even then, we were left to guess what drinks were available.Overall, the unprofessional behavior of the bartenders greatly detracted from our experience.

Good but overpriced hehehehe my margarita tasted more like margarita mix than tequila. Probably no tequila in mine.

Hard working bartender Brittany taking care of a house full three hours while we were there, doing as much as anyONE can! Great place to be on a Saturday. Friendly crowd, cold beer and good wine. Will have to try some bourbon next time...?❤

Why don't they have any food??? Other than that, we love The Office. Terrific happy hour deals (like $4 wine) and clean bathrooms, friendly staff. We just moved away from the coast this week and The Office was one of our last stops.Gonna miss this place and all of OS.

I'm an uber driver and probably drop off 100 riders a month here. Obviously they're doing something right.

Brittany, absolutely CREATED the atmosphere! Fun, Whitty, her sense of humor added to the fact she's on top of her game slinging drinks even during the busiest hours! She welcomes visitors as she does residents and regular customers. Perfect mix of people at this bar and lounge, a must if you're visiting or live in town and haven't experienced it.

Brittany and Memarie are great behind the bar! Not only dealing with an overwhelming crowd, but also taking time to make the visit feel unique and personal. I will be coming back for these two!

The Office is easily the most exceptionally enjoyable bar I've ever visited and it can boast a full complement of fantastic bartenders that never fail to host their customers with personality, enthusiasm, and vibrant wit. I, along with several other patrons, recently found ourselves in an evolving conversation with Brittany, the longest tenured mixologist at the Office. The dialog and stories kept us all laughing and entertained all while Brittany expertly and seemlessly maintained the surging customer drink orders from the "business" side of the bar. Major kudos to ownership for the friendly ambiance, and even moreso for ensuring the right people are in front of the public. Best bar, bar none!

There was a $10 difference between the tab I was as given on 6/1/23 at 6:30pm in person, and what was sent to my email.

If I could give a zero, I would. Walk a half block down the street and go to Lady May's instead where you will receive a cordial welcome from a bartender who actually knows how to make a cocktail ( an Old Fashioned sans soda water). More importantly, a bartender who doesn't throw a rude fit when a customer makes a request regarding the ingredients of their 8-12 dollar cocktail. The bartender at "The Office " was as aggressive and rude as could possibly be, and was obviously having a bad "day", but seriously, in her case a bad "life" is more likely. Avoid this watering hole and don't let the unprofessional staff members here ruin even 5 minutes of your day in this charming ocean side hamlet. There is obviously a reason why this establishment, located on a "busy" corner, was habitually empty during my 4 day stay while both the Lady May and Mosaic restaurant/bars were standing room only!

I accidentally knocked my friends beer over. I literally moved my arm to the left and hit his beer, nothing more. The bar tender made a whole thing of it. I told her it was nothing more than an accident. She immediately went into some sort of defensive mode. Honest to god don’t know what to say from this experience other than go literally anywhere else. We had Guinness, a peaceful beer. I’ll never go back here. Ever.

Nice interior, friendly staff that does not know how to make proper cocktails. If you are looking for a place to drink crap dive bar level drinks in an upscale interior this is your place, if you are looking for quality craft cocktails it is not.
