terrible service
order was wrong for two people in party
one person never got side salad
never came and refilled non water beverages
waited a hour and forty five minutes or food to come
White tablecloth, with friendly efficient service, multible price points of a variety delicious food.
looked on their website for the lunch menu, got there and its a completely different menu and was ready to leave but decided we should stay and give it a try, took 5 minutes to get waters and the young man filling the waters spilled all over the table and walked away, another 10 minutes of sitting with multiple employees walking past and not a single one stopped. Phoenicia | Gourmet Restaurant is a favorite Ocean Springs spot, enjoyed for over 30 years. The new location on 90 is a great spot with plenty of parking and the same feel as the old location. Service and atmosphere are great, with staff described as 5 stars, super friendly, and amazing. The server Melissa made one guest feel like royalty with a beautiful smile and charming personality. The food is delicious, with highlights including breakfast, chicken shawarma, falafel salad, napoleon chicken, hummus, and crab moussaka. However, the baba ganoush is served cold and was honestly gross; guests recommend avoiding it. The restaurant does not service alcohol, so guests should bring their own wine. While the food and service are great, one guest described the owner as a nightmare, threatening employees in front of customers and making the dining experience uncomfortable. Despite this, many love the food and would come back, though some would not return if the owner remains.
