Don't know if it was their ordering computer or the young lady operating it, but was totally confused. The young man at the take out window did a fine job and our order was correct🥰

Every time I go through here, the food is always good. I just went through there tonight and the girl repeated the order back to me wrong and when I tried to correct her nicely she caught an attitude with me. When we got to the window, the guy repeated the order out again and it was still wrong so again I respectfully corrected the order and every single person behind him decided to turn around and give me the dirtiest look ever. I will not be back the disrespect and the attitude was not needed.

Every single time I go through the drive through they forget something or get my order wrong I don’t usually leave reviews and I’ve given them more lean way then deserved but my goodness they need to go through training again or just open there ears

told us to pull over wait for Chicken waited probably over 20 minutes no one came then they said no one at the window told them we pulled over, 25$ and we get home no condiments and no mashed potatoes that comes with the meal, we were mad! Drove all the way home to be ripped off by Popeyes.

The Dr. Pepper was completely flat and tasted weird and my chicken had obviously been sitting for hours because it was dry and not fresh or hot. My fries were also stale and cold.

My partner witnessed an employee at this location put something on someone food. Then put it back on his pants. Need to rewind the cameras this happened around 9:40-10pm. If you go to this store watch your food.

Service was good, had to wait just a little bit. The inside was gross though, the floors, tables, and drink areas were a wreck, or sticky all over. I'm not going to blame them for that, but a little TLC to the front would've been nice, so it didn't seem like we weren't welcome to sit and eat. But otherwise decent.

Went by tonight. Ordered on the app. The young girl at the window was nice as we let her know we had a online order, however whoever was helping her was incredibly rude. They forgot a drink and dessert that came with my meal and when we pointed that out the woman was incredibly rude as she demanded to see our receipt, almost acting as if we were lying about the missing item. As we were waiting for the drink, we noticed that the cake was missing too. Once again they asked to see our receipt before finally giving us the missing item. When we got back home, we noticed that we were also missing one of the sauces we had ordered. This was the first time I have visited this establishment but I will not be back. I will drive an extra 10 miles to go to one of the other locations where I am treated like an actual person and with respect.
