Alex Farms Hickory Smoked Chicken Salad and BBQ Olive Branch

Their brick & mortar is just sparkling clean. The best customer service/care I've experienced in a long time. ❤️ I am of a particular age and don't drive very far since I live in downtown Memphis and don't ride the E-way🤷🏿‍♀️ BUT I tell you Alex Farms is my go to from now on and if it takes me an hour to drive 🚗 there I don't care; I got the time...like Micheal sang "I'll Be There"😂

I’ve never left a review anywhere but I had to on this one. These were the nicest, most friendly people. Gave, they owned it, vibes and wanted to be sure I was taken care of and my food was on point. The “regular” nachos not large should be called mini large because my tray was stacked up. 2 people easy could’ve ate those and still had leftovers. I live in OB and these were the best nachos I’ve found around here. It was much needed for this pregnant lady, I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend trying!

The 1/2 chicken was incredible. Perfect smoke! The bbq sauce was ok by itself, but paired with the chicken it was great. I will be back to try something else.

This has to be one of the most well ran, organized, customer service oriented businesses in the area. Food is always on point and that chicken salad im gonna eat on it for about 3 days at least.

Shout out to the whole family on your consistency across the board. Keep it up and ya'll show your support. It's worth driving to wherever you are located in North Mississippi or Memphis and surrounding area.

I’ve visited the location once. I’ve tried ordering over the phone multiple times and the service is absolutely horrible. The lady places you on hold and continues to take orders of walk ins that came behind you. Being in the hospital and trying to oder food over the phone for over an hour without any success is absolutely insane. They need an employee that just handles phone orders. This is the second time I’ve experienced this same horror.

I had a 2 meat plate. Ribs and Brisket. The flavor was good. Meat was cooked just right. No BBQ sauce needed. The 3 sides Baked beans, slaw and spaghetti with pull pok all were delicious. Im headed back to Atlanta with my mouth full of good flavors. Snacking on ribs and brisket as I drive. Coming back soon.

I called these ppl at 5:04... they close at 6 the lady told me to hold on... had me on hold for a good 7 mins... all I hear is laughing and talking in the background... then ask me wat I want I tell her the chicken spud. They dnt hv it, then I said the pull pork one um no ma'am we're not going to be able to take ur order... then wtf u ask me for! Yall dnt close til damn 6 I was trying to get me sumn to eat to take work for lunch! Smh

Great staff and service. Fabulous smells walking in the door. Highly recommend the brisket. Pulled pork also delicious! Need to come back to try the smoked wings (avail Fri and Sat ONLY).

Everything we tried was great! We had the two meats plate with brisket and 1/2 chicken. Sides were on point as well. We'll definitely be back to visit.

The food is great, but everytime I come they are always out of something. Also, I stopped by before they closed at 6 and they told me the kitchen is closed. Not pleased with the service!
