Applebee's Grill + Bar

Me and my husband came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it wasn’t busy so we was like this will be good. Walk in the door and stood there for 10 mins waiting to be sat or at least greeted and they just looked at us. So we proceeded to sit ourselves in the bar area because thought maybe it was self seating. Sat there where they see us looked at us for 25 mins. No hello welcome be with you in a min or give me a min no nothing. Very sad and disappointing. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

I tend to really like this location and the workers are always super sweet. But tell me why I come in sunday and order a burger and specify NO MUSHROOMS. I saw the young man write it down but I guess it wasnt rang up that way? I should NOT have to tell someone im allergic for them to even consider taking it off? And if it wasnt possible, why not tell me that too? I shouldn't be treated like im stupid for ordering something that had the thing im allergic to in the name when I had it before and it was taken off no problem.

Again, the staff was super sweet but I shouldn't be in a position where im seconds away from being rushed to a hospital for the incompetence. I gave it a day before the review since I was told I'd also be emailed a gift card... hasn't happened yet.

The worst restaurant I've ever been to... First, it took them 15 minutes to get us a table. There were only two tables occupied and four people at the bar. When they finally gave us a table, we waited more than 30 minutes for them to offer us something to drink. The waiter was sitting at the table next to ours. When he finally got up, he told us he'd be right back. Another 20 minutes, and nothing. When the waiter finally arrived, he took our order. We decided to order everything at once since they were taking forever. 45 minutes, and they didn't even bring us our drinks. Two hours, just for a few shudders. It wasn't full, there weren't many tables, the restaurant was empty. Only three tables, including ours, and several people at the bar. The restaurant was dirty—the tables, the floors, the bathrooms were a mess.
After almost three hours of waiting, when they finally brought us what we ordered, it was cold. Who wants to eat chicken nuggets, onion soup, or cold quesadillas? No one, absolutely no one.
Definitely the worst experience for people on vacation.

Was seated by person who was not very friendly. Once seated we waited well over 10 minutes and no one came by our table or even said a word to us.

So we got up and left!

Party coming in as we were leaving did not even stay.

Will not go back

Visit this restaurant on two different occasions, months apart and there is always a staff shortage. Long wait to be seated, served drinks and served food. Need better management or new hires.

My steak was cooked to perfection
The size was plentiful, but I should have ordered the 8 Oz steak. CUDDOS TO THE COOK. EVERY ONE WAS GREAT. VERY NICE PEOPLE. THANKS.FOR YOUR EXZEMPLARY SERVICE.

They have two speeds, I guess this is as fast as they go!

They only had one server who was kind of doing the best she could. Food came out several minutes apart and was cold.
