My steak was cooked to perfection
The size was plentiful, but I should have ordered the 8 Oz steak. CUDDOS TO THE COOK. EVERY ONE WAS GREAT. VERY NICE PEOPLE. THANKS.FOR YOUR EXZEMPLARY SERVICE.

I had to wait to see if we could be seated and when someone talked to me I was told there doing the best they can and when I said the hostess could have even acknowledged me I was told she didn't even work there she was just helping and another person was waiting to be seated they started wiping off a table so they could be seated and someone came and stayed they can't do that so I changed my mind about eating at this Applebee's and I would not go back to this restaurant when I'm in this area.

We went to Applebee's on 7515 goodman road. Our hostess and waitress Aaliyah was amazing. She was amazing, with a big beautiful personality. Aaliyah customer service was excellent. She made sure we were taken care of from the time we were seated, along with placing our orders. She's the best. We will definitely be back to see her.

I would never give a place a bad rating because of an inefficiency. Especially when it's not any fault of the Staff. We didn't eat here. Party of 8. Now We absolutely 💯 Love MS. Brenda 💜!
Buuuuuuuuuuut...... they have no liquor license so therefore no Alcohol!!!! Not even rubbing alcohol! The pics 📸 will tell the story... Corporate Applebee's.... what's the Problem? Asking for 8 people 🙄...

The server was nice and polite, overworked but kept composure and a great attitude, but the place just looks depressing, the food was good but looked like a old school black and white movie plate. Really boring, place inside looks gloomy, depressing just like the food. Oh and they don't serve alcohol here, atleast not now. From what it looked like, they don't even have any here.

Came in for lunch the day before Thanksgiving. Only one person working. She was clearly doing her best without any help. Even so, meal was good. It's a shame we have very few people willing to show up for work anymore.

Took forever to get sat down, waiter forgot parts of my order, and they want 7 damn dollars for a kraft Mac and cheese. No thank you. I came to this place wanting to give it a second chance and I was so disappointed. Don't bother visiting.
