Last 3 times I've tried the place it has been terrible. Workers don't wanna work and act as if you're a problem, when in reality without customers the place would be closed. The most current visit my daughter's food was on table and had time to eat it before her spouses food or the appetizer. Then the chips were stale. Place needs a improvement all way around.

I was there 12~21~25 around lunch time there was hardly anybody in there there was one table that was complaining about their food to the waitress or the server. There was the rest of the 45 tables had people sitting there that had not been waited on yet there was a guy standing at the bar just staring at a computer. Me and my son stood at the door. Waiting to be seated for over 20 minutes. Never saw anybody except the one waitress that was taken care of the people that were complaining, and the other guy that was standing at a computer and not doing a thing are the only two employees we ever saw neither came and asked to help or to try to see us. We finally walked out after about 20 minutes of just standing there.

Ms. Tenisha was very nice and did all she could to help us and every one in there as she was the only one working, we order drinks that were not made until we were all most done eating, the manager Ms. Nicky was very Unprofessional, when i try to explan the what the issue was she walk away. I was alreay late getting back to work beause the young lady was the only one working and when my ticket wasn't right i ask for the manger and she got smart with me. only God save her.

Ordered online pickup 8:44pm food wasn't ready until 9:22pm. Literally watched a customer come in order food finished and leave while waiting. How does that make sense.

This was one of my worst experience on Veterans Day. I came in and was seated fairly quickly. I sat down at 1:14pm and no came by to take my order. I finally got up at 1:46pm to see what was going on, as more people came in and they were waited on. The employees were clueless and had no idea what happened. I got my meal to go and still waited 10 more minutes until I got it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I definitely reccomend the $6 spooky drink deal, the flavors were very good.
The place was clean, a little slow but hopefully that meant fresh❣️
Friendly service+ not too crowded.

7:30 on a Tuesday night, 8 tables total. Was seated and waited close to 20 minutes and still had no server approach our table. 4 servers standing at the end of the bar just outside of the kitchen, they seem to be having a great time just not concerned with providing any service. Ended up leaving with still no one even acknowledging we were there.

Just another reason to avoid Applebee's.

My wife and I came here. To eat dinner on our anniversary, celebrating 11 years of marriage. We were on the road driving home from our vacation and decided to stop by Applebee's. Because we like Applebee's restaurant. We pulled into the parking lot and park. A vehicle walk inside stood there. For 5 minutes, Asian kid host had 0 personality, didn't even say follow me or hello, welcome to the restaurant, just said walk away and slapped our menus on the table didn't even say where we were supposed to sit or anything period then we sat there for 25 minutes waiting for a server to acknowledge that we were sitting there. Meanwhile, there were 5 other tables in all Taken up in the restaurant , the rest of the restaurant was completely empty people that walked in after us got their food before they even finished getting our order . Then they gave my food away to somebody else.That hadn't been waiting as long also, thank you.Also they came out twenty minutes after we ordered saying that they forgot the side and they were going to bring our food because it was ready. They took another ten minutes to bring my food out to tell me that my wife's food was not ready yet. That it would be out in 2 minutes.We sat there another 5 minutes.Waiting still had no silverware to even eat with.My food was getting cold and my wife was sitting.There staring at me wondering when she's going to be able to start eating. Overall, the waitress, when she did interact with us seem to be kind.However, the entire experience was so bad.We walked out of the restaurant without touching the food.Because we couldn't eat it because there was no silverware. Owners, please don't bother responding. As we are not from around here and it will be a cold day in hell before I ever step foot in your restaurant again and I really strongly caution anybody that wants to go to your restaurant, don't go. It is a complete waste of time. And a major inconvenience

We’re @ the Olive Branch location & the customer service sucks. My husband & I cane into the restaurant @ 10:10 pm & the oriental young man asked where we wanted to sit & we said at the high tops booths around the bar .We walked to the booths & sat down & he walked away & we didn’t receive any menus . The bartender came over after 10 minutes after we sat down & gave us 2 menus . She then asked what did we want to eat & my said give us a minute. So we ordered a sample platter & we received it at 11:10 pm & the total meal wasn’t hot & everything was over cooked & hard as hell. The boneless wings were cold , artichoke dip was over cooked & the quesadillas was old hard & cold. A couple of 4 came in 20 minutes

I got the grilled chicken salad with strawberries. A bagged salad from the grocery store is better than this. It was swimming in dressing and I couldn’t even eat the lettuce.

Took forever to get seated. People who came in after us got seated before us. Had to order online because the waitress never asked for drinks or food order

Waitress was familiar with wines then a customer brought a dog in restaurant left before we got our order.
