Ive been to this place twice.. The first time two people that worked there looked at me multiple times in the drive through before waiting over 10 minutes for them to take my order. Food is decent but over priced. I went there again now and waited over 10 minutes and simply no one showed up. My wife just called them to ask if they were open and informed them we were waiting a long time and no one came AND THEY HUNG UP IN HER FACE! So I hate leaving nasty reviews but that is unprofessional and deserving of bad business practice accountability.

I like to try smaller, locally-owned restaurants. Apsara is not far from where I live, so I decided to try it for dinner.I should have turned around and walked out when I discovered the entire floor of the lobby was sticky. The guy taking my order did not speak much. Did not seem all that friendly.I ordered the rice plate with chicken thigh. The rice was good, but the chicken tasted like it had been stir-fried for eight hours. And it cost $15.53 for one person! No drink! at 5'9" 140 lbs., I was hungry a few hours later! Also, I'm pretty sure the sign for what I ordered said $12.99, but I let it go. I won't be back.Kid-friendliness: They had a table set up near the register for a small child to play.

They ask you to order ahead, told me 20 minutes. I arrived in about 15. After I waited behind someone in the drive through for 10 more minutes I called and asked if my food is ready can she pull forward so I can get it? They said something about it being ready. I waited almost another 10 minutes before the woman pulled away. My food was expensive and cold.

The Lort Char was fresh and delicious! Loved all the veggies and the special sauce, chicken was well seasoned. My only request is that the pricing be updated on the menu here on Google ?

I hate leaving bad reviews… But I also rely on other peoples reviews… $28 for a smoothie, very bland, spring rolls… And oversalted orange chicken. I will not go back. Five dollars for french fries?? Smoothie was awful! Nice people, but the worst food I’ve had in a long time:( Really wanted to like this place!

Tiny menu and got my order wrong just to add shrimp to a main dish.Dish looked solid in the picture but had few vegetables and soggy, flat overcooked noodles. Noodles and meat were SWIMMING in juice. Beef was cut out of flat layer and not fully separated...about 2-4 pieces stuck together. The people next to me were shaking their heads as they were experiencing a problem of their own. They only have 4 usable tables and they take 15-20 minutes to prepare the simplest of dishes.Spring rolls are bland and are not the standard, poorly wrapped without the pork slice.Memphis has MUCH BETTER Vietnamese cuisine and better service.Don't even bother with this strip mall slop.
