I ordered a milkshake the night before at the same time and they gave me what I ordered. I order the next day the same order with a milkshake and they say they cant fulfill the order because they are cleaning the machine. Please make it make sense

This particular Arby's was having issues, but man, when we went yesterday it was GREAT!!! The lady that took our order was kind and confident in her job! We got our food quickly and it was all correct! Everyone that greeted us was kind and on point! We will go back!

The new general manager Ryan, is absolutely RUDE and DISGUSTING. I heard him over saying to his coworkers not to drop fresh fries and to just dip them back in the oil. I overheard conversations about a rat in the building which is absolutely ridiculous. My food was cold and was not worth the 14 minute wait at all, it’s like they forgot all about me. 100% unprofessional and I seen multiple people on their phone. When Tonia was still there, everything was stocked, and my food was out in a timely manner. This is just wrong & disrespectful.

Their new general manager was who served me, really helpful and cool. The place was clean. The food was good, pretty much what you expect from an Arby's. They had their sandwich workstation really clean, it has a viewing window for the voyeuristic sandwich lovers out there I guess but I appreciated seeing everything tidy. Rang the bell. Would recommend for a quick bite.

Robert went through the drive through and ordered our dinner. He ordered 3 double beef and cheddars. He said dude was talking to his buddy-and not paying attention.
He hands me the bag when he gets home and it is just meat and bun. No cheedar sauce or Arby sauce on a sesame seed bun. Not onion rolls. Now can't get anyone on the phone and if it was not so far would have made him go back.
I love Arby's but I want be back!!! Very disappointed!!

The place looked good and the gyros were great. Ryan helped me get the app reward when I was having trouble redeeming it through the app. The other faces I saw were just as helpful and/or friendly. Seemed like good people there. I was stuffed after 2 for $7 gyros. Rare to feel full on $7 worth of fast food these days. Oh, I did eat half a medium curly fry too though (app reward). I will be going back for sure.

I haven't eaten in an Arby's in forever. After a morning of shopping I was hungry and decided today was the day. I was greeted as soon as I walked in....love that! I ordered a ham and cheese and curly fries with a drink. My order came out so fast, piping hot and fresh! While I was eating, and employee wiping tables asked me if everything tasted ok and could he get me anything? Love that! Way to go Arby's! I'll be back!
