Never again! Horrible customer service! I ordered and paid for a birthday cake for my daughter on December 7. When my daughter and I went to pick up the cake on December 20, the confirmed date and time, it wasn't there. I showed the woman at the counter the order confirmation email and receipt. Instead of apologizing, I was routinely questioned about my order-what it was for, when I placed it. She called the manager and he did not apologize either, just continued to ask me questions about my order. Really?! All they had to do was apologize and make it right. They chose not to. We will not be back.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Baskin Robbins. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Sundae, but they gave me something completely different — just one scoop of plain chocolate and one scoop of pistachio. I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home, and when my brother brought the correct one from another BR (with crunchy chocolate bites, almonds, and everything it’s supposed to have), I went back to ask what happened.

The man who helped me was very polite. He admitted they were out of the actual Dubai chocolate ice cream, explained the situation honestly, and immediately offered me a refund. I wasn’t even asking for a full refund since I had already eaten half — I was being completely reasonable. If everything ended with him, I wouldn’t have left any review at all. Mistakes happen, and he handled it professionally.

But then the lady working there came over, and that’s where everything went downhill. The moment she stepped in, her attitude was rude, loud, and completely unnecessary. I was speaking in Gujarati to keep the conversation calm since we all speak the same language, but she switched to English with an attitude for no reason. Instead of helping, she insisted that “this is how the sundae is supposed to be served,” which is clearly not true. She even claimed she was the owner — which I genuinely doubt, because no real business owner treats customers like that.

The man tried his best, but her behavior ruined the entire experience and my day. If this is the kind of customer service they allow, I definitely won’t be returning. This review is specifically for that “LADY”. Customer was still good with that men. I would have NOT wrote a review for wrong thing served. This is for the attitude that was thrown at me instead of apologizing.

really not sure who they had working tonight but ive been coming to this location for many years and get the same thing every time. i get a reese’s peanut butter cup layered sundae with oreo cold brew ice cream. never had a problem getting this and everyone always makes it as its on the menu. i asked for it and he gave me 2 scoops of ice cream with chocolate syrup, whip cream, and nuts. never have i ever got anything like that. so i asked wait is this the layered sundae with peanut butter and chocolate which he replied, “we dont have that,” i was also pointing up at the menu at it. i still bought it even though i threw it away before i even got in my car and now im headed to another location which will hopefully have exactly what i want.

I ordered a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream cake for my son's birthday. Chocolate and vanilla is all he wanted. What we got was a confetti cake which seemed rather dry with vanilla ice cream. You can't tell what you get until you cut it and by then it's too . Needless to say we were very disappointed. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not be ordering from this location again

I had a horrible experience with this location. I live in Tennessee and ordered a cake online for my granddaughter who lives in Nesbit, MS when she had oral surgery. I even followed up with a phone call to be sure they got the order.
When my son arrived to pick up the cake the employees did not know anything about the order. He motioned for my son to look at all the cakes in the freezer and see if it was there. My son didn’t order the cake and didn’t know what it should look like. There was no name on it and it wasn’t in a box. After calling me to describe the cake — we determined there was no writing on the cake—I added wording I wanted when I placed the order online.
I paid $40 plus dollars for this???!!
Never again!!

The employee said he did not know how to write on the cake. He took a cake out of a box and put our cake in it—a box that didn’t even fit.

Never have had a bad experience at this location. My wife is a big fan of their ice cream cakes and requests one for her birthday each year. This is my go to place for a Baskin Robins cake. They have always have it ready when I request it and is decorated just like the cake on their website. They make sure before you leave that everything is to your satisfaction. Very nice people who run this location and highly recommend them.

Great icecream I get two scoops of Cookies n Cream practically everyday. I deducted stars because the scoops are very small. Sam the manager gives extremely small scoops. Two scoops of icecream runs me around $7 a day not to mention a tip. They have a tip jar and also have a tip option right before you pay with your card. The scoops should definitely be bigger he and other staff members are cheating customers. Other locations gives bigger scoops.

I will never go to this establishment again after seeing how the owners kids treated women working at a nearby store. They came in cursing and yelling and threw up middle fingers and ran off laughing. This store was filled with families with children. We were all in disbelief of how they acted. My family and I would frequent this Baskin Robbins for desert 3 x's a month for our kids good behavior and special treats. NEVER again. Obviously the apple doesn't fall far from the tree because we never got great service. Our pickup orders were wrong many times and got no apology just rudeness. Never greeted, no smiles, always felt rushed when doing a sit down order. We will gladly do business elsewhere. Best believe I will spread the word.

Unfortunately, here, the old saying, "The customer is always right" doesn't apply. I placed an order for an ice cream cake for pick up on June 18 at 5pm. It was a cake for myself for my birthday. When I arrived on June 18, a little after 5pm to pick up the order, the employees couldn't find my cake. Long story short, I was told that my cake was picked up by someone else associated with me. Mind you, I didn't tell anyone until I was leaving to pick it up. Also, if someone associated with me had picked it up, why would I still go? I wouldn't expect them to have the exact cake I ordered just in the store available, so why would I be trying to trick them to get 2 cakes?! I was told by the manager they'd have to review camera footage and possibly call the police because of theft. And if they find out it was stolen, I'd then be given a cake. This just let me know this probably about to be a long process. There was no offer for a refund, no apology. This was my go-to for ice cream cakes, it was probably my 6th order over the past couple of years, so I am disappointed in the service. 2 days later, still no call from the store. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is previously I had no issues until this incident.

This location gives VERY SMALL scoops for the price!!! Do not waste your time and money here!!! Go to other locations. When I said something to the worker about my scoops being very small she then put it on a scale to prove my point, because if you have to use a scale for scoops of ice cream then you already know you are cheating people period!!!!
