I guess the typical people you’d expect to work at a Bojangles so idk why i’m surprised. Smh.

Ok so we order a kids meal with a coke and a root beer and the kids meal comes with chicken strips fries a biscuit and if you want a Mac and cheese but what we got was fries and a biscuit which is not normal so we gone back up to the counter and said all we got was fries and a biscuit and note they did not give us any sauce we were up there and they were confused like they did not have anything to do with it at the end we got what we ordered that’s a plus and the food was good but wow not good service

This location is so amazing Clean inside and the customer service I received was phenomenal! I had an issue with my order and The staff went over and beyond!! Lanikya made sure my order was fresh, she was extremely friendly and helpful, Ms. Felicia was so apologetic about my order It was a breath of fresh air to just be treated well. Chicken tenders are good...HOWEVER, I wish they offered bone in!!! This is what they were famous for. Chicken tenders can be purchased ANYWHERE. A GOOD box of chicken is hard to beat. Nonetheless, I enjoy their breakfast sandwiches and kiddie meals (just enough for me). Last visit, I spent over $50 for my family of five.
You should Not have to unwrap your order to see if it's right at drive -thru window! How do you screw up such a simple order?

Went through drive through, was being rushed to order ,cashier dropped my change witch was a dollar but didn't apologize nor replace, food was cold an not good but they didn't give us all of our food ,tried calling back was hung up on twice by manager . Food wasn't edible !!
