1st. the soda fountain spat out a bug into my cup. Thankfully the manager on duty DID let me get 2 20oz bottles instead to replace my drinks.

2nd. I ordered the pick 6 with 2 sets of wings one with Honey Garlic and the other with the Brown Sugar Heat which to my knowledge are both wet....The ones labeled Honey Garlic are Honey Barbeque...and the ones supposed to be the BSH were dry..no seasoning just straight plain boneless wings..I can order Chicken nuggets from McDonalds...The tatertots I ordered chili on and the Potato wedges I ordered with Hatch Queso and Chili on it were barren of queso and had a abysmal amount of chili on them..I regret even the minor extra upcharge for this..

Regrettably one of the worst BWW experiences I have had..Tried calling the location and didn't get a answer. Order picked up at 10:50 and i guess my bad for not double checking my order and expecting atleast wet wings.

I always order online and leave a tip, but I think they have a barbershop in their kitchen because I always have to throw away my food because of hair. You know what? Eat your own food, I'm never coming back.

Good enough service, decent bar area, ok food. This is your typical Buffalo Wild Wings with an above average bar tender that took care of his regulars and made us newbies want to be a regular.

They could improve cleanliness, they could clean the draft lines and they could improve the food quality, but overall if you want an average wing, average beer and average service, hit this location up.

Ordered 2 of the 20 wing deals with fries and not only did they short me one of the orders of fries, they loaded down my dasher so it was supposed to be delivered by 6:05 pm and instead it was delivered at 6:25 pm so the food was cold. Gave the dasher a $10 tip which I no regret…an all around horrible experience.

This is the very reason that me personally, I dont do a lot of eating out at these nasty restaurants. I rather cook and eat in bc you can't trust all these eating out places. I ordered chicken wings not the FEATHERS. I know whoever was frying wings on 8/10/25 around 830pm. You had to see the feathers or you just didn't care as long as you or your family wasn't eating the. BWW yall got to do better bc this right here is unacceptable 😤.

Food was great, server was fantastic. Never wrote anything down, didn't get a thing wrong. Some of the wings were a bit over cooked but still great!

I order take out every so often from here. Never had any issues until my last visit. My wings were great! My sisters salad, not at all. Half way through her salad, she found a ball of hair under all the toppings and lettuce. She started gagging and was completely disgusted. We both lost our appetite and immediately threw away what was left.
Does staff in the kitchen not wear hair nets? It wasn’t just a strand. It was a ball of hair. So gross and have completely crossed this place off the list. I really hope you enforce hair nets and/or hair must be short or tied back to avoid getting into food.
