Terrible service. Walked in with my husband and kids. Waited at the counter for about 10 minutes, the man working didn’t even acknowledge us or let us know he’s busy and will be right there. Nothing at all. There was another woman who was also waiting a very long time and also wasn’t even acknowledged. We walked out and left. Not sure who the dude was working at 2:30 pm on 3/10/25 but he needs to go.

They where overwhelmed for lunch at the drive thru, no spoke nor said anything to me after making several eye contacts with me after 3 to 5 minutes of standing at the front counter to order, I walked out and went elsewhere, and got greeted before the door closed

I frequently go to this Burger King. Service is sometimes great, sometimes not but overall they provide a quality product at a quality price. Always like their onion rings and a flame broiled burger can't be beat.
My husband stopped at Burger King and bought me a large onion ring. He mentioned that the staff were rude and asked him to back up even though there was traffic behind him. When I received my onion rings, they were old and cold to the touch. I tried calling the store, but the number was disconnected. Not everyone can leave their houses, so at least make the food hot and fresh. You wouldn’t eat stale, old food, so why serve it to us?
When I went to return the onion rings, the lady at the cash register, who appeared to be management based on her shirt, showed no concern. She offered no apology, simply took my bag, discarded it, and said to make a new order of onion rings. While I waited for my remake, I noticed that people who ordered after me were getting their onion rings first. Not once did she mention that she was working on my order or give me any updates. The manager with red braids was the rudest manager I have ever seen, demanding the young lady at the front cashier register to take orders out while she was already helping customers with inside orders. There was no respect for customer service. Without customers, you would be out of work. We need to do better, especially in OB. Yeah, I’m done here.
Then, when I asked about my order, the cashier started to make it, but the manager said, “Oowe, I forgot. D**n.” She did make up for it by giving me hot onion rings and saying, “I’m sorry” before I left.
