Hello, I wanted to reach out to report an incident that we just witnessed at one of your stores. I do not have my receipt so I do not know store number but it was the Burger King in Olive Branch Mississippi. When walked in we could tell the man behind the counter was a little stressed. Turns out it was just him and another co worker having to run the front and back. We were understanding and patiently waited. However a little girl, who we talked the mom to find out she was 11, came in to pick up a mobile order and also had to wait. As she was waiting, about 15 minutes, he began to talk rudely about her as she stood there. Saying “I don’t know why she staring at me, she pissing me off, I don’t like to be stared at”. Just kept going. She finally got her order and went out to her mother. I assume something was missing because she came back in and he started again. Ignored her at first and then said to his other coworker, “I don’t know why she standing there, everything in her bag”. He finally acknowledged her and seems like they ordered 3 cookies but only one was in the bag. He begin to say no it’s all in there and then said it will cost $1 for one.. she walked out to her car and then the mom finally came in. He excelated it as soon as she walked in. Got super rude and then begin cussing her out. She got his name, which is David the manager, and took a picture of him. He begin to follower her out the door cussing. All while customers in the lobby along with my two children. As a manager that is very disrespectful and unprofessional on his part.

If I could give no stars I would. This location is the worst. The drive thru manager and attendants are horrible. Having extremely bad attitudes and service. Especially the morning drive thru manager. She don’t know how to take proper accountability when miss hearing orders and is very rude when trying to correct them with her. I will never give this location any more business.

Terrible service. Walked in with my husband and kids. Waited at the counter for about 10 minutes, the man working didn’t even acknowledge us or let us know he’s busy and will be right there. Nothing at all. There was another woman who was also waiting a very long time and also wasn’t even acknowledged. We walked out and left. Not sure who the dude was working at 2:30 pm on 3/10/25 but he needs to go.
