Finally go inside to tell them I have mobile order while waiting the guy cooking has no gloves on and touching any and everything, I just walked out, this location has Horrible customer service and prepare your food any way

The GM, a middle aged black woman is extremely ignorant and very unprofessional. I don’t see how her crew deals with her, and I will not visit this location anymore. Hopefully she will run into the right customer one day that’s going to handle her appropriately.

I normally order off the app-to avoid her. And the last time I did, my order showed on my device- but didn't show on their computer. I do deliveries during the day.
Therefore, normally when I stop there I'm working.
She looked at my the app order, verified location was right, saw the order & that payment went through & the time.
That lady still, REFUSED TO FIX IT ANYWAY- even though it was OBVIOUSLY a technical issue & she saw I paid for it...And then she told me she couldnt refund it.
After being late for my delivery going back & for w/her for 20 min-My order popped up in there computer--then she had them to fix it!!!🤬
SHE JUST NEED TO BE REPLACED & I'M GONNA COMPLAIN TO EEO/WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, BECAUSE SHE MUST PREFER ONLY WORKING WITH MEN, CAUSE SHE CAN CONTROL THEM & SHE MUST HAVE PERSONAL INSECURITIES!!!

My experience here at Burger King on Goodman road was pretty good. I like how they have crown ready for anyone bc yk we rule. Ive only ate here twice and the foods been good so far. Also Cameron the cook made my nuggets. They are the perfect type of crispy.
Food isn't fresh for how long we had to wait. Plus the burgers are a mess thrown together with no care. The food is stale and chicken dry. It isnt even worth going for the meal deals unless you want to be dissapointed. Plus the service is rude

It's Burger King, the food is slightly better than most other Burger Kings, the staff is nice, and it looks like a normal BK restaurant model. I haven't been inside yet, but I've eaten in the parking lot a few times, the outside is clean.
