Absolutely shameful, this food is inedible. Dried out over cooked shrimp, tiny pieces of chicken. I came from out of state and first time trying, won't be a repeat customer, good not good and over priced.

I ordered a 10pc Family Fish meal, which I hadn't had in years. The fish was the size of fishsticks with a lot of breading. The taste was good but I won't ever spend $40 for that meal again!

5-28-25 Wed. We go in on Wednesday night for Senior special as always. We ordered 2 pc special for 2 people and 2 sides and the total was $27 and change. I told her that’s not right. The big sign in front of cash register said senior special. She said she can’t ask everybody’s age. I responded we are 80 and you didn’t ask if we’re seniors and you should have since the sign was right between us. She was very short and I got p o. I asked her when we left what was age required for senior and she said 62 so she was just trying to stiff us. First time I have seen her in there and hope it’s the last. Very brunt. Not up to Capt D’s standard. TYVM

Went on Wednesday when Captain D's gives a senior discount. The food was hot and delicious and the service was fast. I'll be going back again. Love those fried okra.

The absolute Worst employees and very rude Consistently. I moved here to olive branch 5 years ago and I frequent this restaurant but my family of 6 and I have continued to discuss the rude and obnoxious employees here. I visited this restaurant this past Friday May 16th at approximately 4pm. I placed my order in the drive thru and drove to the window. The manager with dreads, glasses and the Captain ds blue shirt was very rude while I was inquiring about a meal I saw posted. She didn’t care about my inquiry at all and was very dry and straight to the point of taking my money that’s all. This manager was so busy flirting and playing around with another young lady that was an employee as well. It was like I was invisible and bothering them when I had a question. No customer service or anything. This is who you allow to represent you. My family and I have decided to go to Southaven or Memphis in the future. Bad customer service on a consistent basis.

Came to the restaurant around 630. There was no line, place completely empty. Once I pulled to the window I got my food in under 5 minutes which is not the issue. On one of my order my I had a chicken and fish meal. I received the hardest driest piece of chicken. I ask the lady at the window for them to remake them and the manger standing next to her rolled her eyes and told her to ask me why as if I couldn’t hear her. I explained again why I would like them remade she rolled her eyes again and told them cooks “she doesn’t like how they look” I tried to tell her if it was going to be a problem I’ll take a refund but I was cut off and told they will make them. For them to not be busy and staff standing outside it shouldn’t be an issue with receiving fresh food. I go here often and never received anything so dissatisfying like I did today.

They gave me and my daughter food poisoning. We both ate the grilled garlic butter fish. We are still both sick, same symptoms.
Food was good but the chicken tenders was half cooked, far as not enough breading but over all it was good !!!

Order was made fresh and it tasted great . The new butter garlic shrimp is outstanding . The crew that was working the day I went was polite and friendly .
